Softener help save me water and money

Needed a replacement part for a tap fitted by Harvey’s several years ago, didn’t have make or model but contacted Harvey’s hoping they could help. Spoke to Michelle who dealt with the request in a very efficient, cheerful and timely manner. Many thanks to the technical department for sourcing the parts needed despite original tap no longer available.

The salt was delivered quickly after I put in the order

I had a water softener and filtered drinking water tap at my last house (albeit different brands) and being fully aware of the benefits was keen to have a similar system in my new home. Peter provided the demonstration and survey which was very informative and I was delighted to discover the water softener could be installed outside on a plinth in an insulated box, freeing up valuable cupboard space. Zach did the installation of the water softener, water filter and 3 way tap. He was efficient knowledgeable and pleasant. I had some niggles initially but Amber in customer care assured me they would be dealt with to my satisfaction and she was true to her word. Installation took place on 13 December and I finally managed to get on the App on 21st January. The water softener is easy to fill and I love that the app keeps me informed of salt levels. The water filter does what it says on the tin which ensures a good cuppa. The 3 way tap is great, it’s nice not having an additional tap at the sink for drinking water. The pull out/directional facility is very handy, my only niggle is it would be nice to have a spray button for stubborn swilling. All in all I am very happy with my experience, the staff and the products from Harveys and would recommend them to family and friends.

Have had the softener for a few years and suddenly I get a random email asking for over £1000 because they had not collected some direct debits. They could not provide any proper paperwork so I assumed it was a scam. This has been going on now for over six months, every time I speak to someone the amount changes and they can’t provide any paperwork. Scary.
