Great process from start to finish. Had our softener installed today by Mark Steadman and you couldn’t wish for a better installer. He went over and above to make sure it fit, and rearranged the pipe work without any bother. Really tidy job and a true gentleman to boot!

The delivery of my salt was by two different dpd drivers, which confused me initially. Thought I hadn't got my full delivery. But 5 minutes later there was another delivery with the remaining salt.

Collected my Arc Softener and So Clear Ultra Filter system from the factory today as my plumber needed them quickly. Paula in the office was really helpful and arranged for all the relevant items to be gathered together as soon as possible. Paula put all the items on a trolley, walked with it to my car and helped me to load everything in. Really good customer service from Paula!

Frank Moore was very friendly and knowledgable and was able to explain how everything works and the impact Harveys water softener would have on the water quality. Highly recommend getting in touch with Frank!

Excellent experience with Harvey’s. They replaced our old water softener with the new HarveyArc. The sales agent was very friendly and helpful. The installation was scheduled in good time and brought forward. The installer, (I think Will) was brilliant, very friendly and he installed everything really well. (Our old water softener had been installed very poorly many years ago). Our water is now lovely and soft and the unit fits much better in the cupboard with all the pipework. I would definitely recommend Harvey’s based on our experience.

The water I now get out of my supply tastes so much better and thats my friends saying that I live in a hard water area washing my car was a nightmare if didn't get it leathered of quick with difficult to remove streaks thats all gone its now a joy to see it sparkle

There has been several leaks since the installation and Harvey's poor workmanship is only matched by their indifferent attitude to their customers. The initial installation was soddy beyond comprehension. Hervey's engineer glued a broken part, instead of replacing it, without telling us. Every time we reported a leak, they will try to deny that it was their equipment that was leaking. The guy who sold us softener, made a runner and no where to be seen. If you try to contact customer care you will be in the queue for hours and then the call will be terminated unceremoniously. Last leak left the skirting damaged and since we were still withing the warrantee period. Harveys were contractually obliged to fix it but they have been successful in dodging their responsibility for last 3 months!!

Today we had the Harvey Arc water softener and filtration system installed by the engineer Salvatore. Salvatore did an amazing job with the overall installation. He guided us very well with options about all the steps before and after the installation and took our opinion before proceeding. He was kind, jolly and very skilled. We are very happy with the neat, clean and efficient job done with minimal need to drill or cut through our cabinet space. He patiently answered our questions and showed good professional behavior. He walked the extra mile by correcting a poor job done by our plumber on the stop tap which could have been risky in future and affected the water softener. Overall we had a good experience with Harveys so far and now look forward to start using the softener and see the actual benefits soon.

Spoke to Faraz on the phone about a water leak I had on my kitchen. He was fast and understanding and work around to find an engineer to come one the same day to solve the problem. He contacted the same engineer that did the installation (Billy) who is also a great and respectful chap. Very happy with the customer service, I would certainly recommend it.

Our order for salt was quickly despatched and delivered , even though it was near Christmas. And it was priced competitively. However some of the blocks used so far are slightly damaged with bits missing. It obviously wont matter but hopefully we wont find any in the batch that are broken, But they are very very heavy packeges.

Over the several years I've been a Harvey Water customer I was always provided a great service. This week I called Harvey Water customer service regarding a query I had regarding my order. Efficient and friendly plumber, Gartell installed my new water softener. Neat work too. So lovely to have soft water now.

Very good piece of kit. Can tell the difference already. The experience was made even better by Leigh who was our installer. He mitigated all issues with a smile on his face which was not easy given some of the quirks of our house. Only frustrating bit is having to go back and forth to get the right packs of salt agreed. Felt a bit naughty on their part.
