Water softener arrived promptly and although it was replacing my old Harvey softener with good fitting instructions.

It was easy to order the Salt blocks on line and they were delivered as expected.

Great product but quite badly damaged due to courier lack of care

I had an issue with my Harvey app and I spent quite a few hours trying to get it reconnected to the water softener as it would not update and show correct salt levels and impact the water softener as well… and that’s how I got to the technical support which have been super understanding, very supportive and genuinely tried to resolve my issue. (Shout out to Raj) Thanks for caring.

Frank Moore is very knowledgeable about the water filtration system. He answered all of my many questions. He involved me in the testing with soaps and I could see and feel the difference for myself not just taking his word for it. It was absolutely brilliant.

Recently moved to a house with an old water softener system with a tangle of pipes under the kitchen sink. Spoke to a sales rep about requirements who recommended a system and explained the current offers. Richard, the installer, arrived on the agreed day and ensured that the kitchen floor was protected. He explained why he was cutting out the tangle of pipes and we agreed the positioning of the ARC system. Very efficient , friendly and professional installation.

Everything was perfect, the installation, the water softener itself, the quality of the product as well as the customer service. Unfortunately the latter was perfect till the day we purchased the product. The sales representative has promised that upon completion of the purchase Culligan Harvey would offer for free a pack of ten salt blocks. For the next two days during which we were considering the offer in general we have felt the lady's professionalism, warmth and consistency from her five calls and one sms. Unusual but more than welcome responsivness indeed. After finalising the details on paper things have changed radically. The pack has never arrived but most importantly the sales representative has never returned our calls and sms' ever since. In addition to that I have sent my complaint to the company but sadly I haven't heard from them. The date of the experience started appropriately 18 months ago however I kept today's date considering that there were many incidents that have disappointed us so far. In case there was a force majeour beyond my comprehension and anticipation I apologise in advance for the current wording and I will be more than happy to listen to the company's justification and change my review accordingly.

Responded quickly when there was a delivery problem - we'll done

We’ve encountered a series of frustrating issues with this company over the years. It all started when there was a problem during the installation. While filling our kettle, the excessive salt caused it to explode, resulting in the need to buy a new one. Since then, we’ve noticed an unexpected increase in salt usage. Initially, we didn’t have to replace the salt often, but for some reason it has become a regular occurrence. Despite reaching out for support, we received no help or explanation regarding the rapid increase in usage. However, today, everything came to a head. The original plan was for Harvey’s to install the unit neatly inside one of our kitchen cupboards. Unfortunately, during installation, we were told it couldn’t be placed there and had to be secured under the stairs instead. This created a new issue: it partially blocks access to our washing machine in an already cramped space. We now have to replace the washing machine, which will cost us £350. On top of that, the water softener is in the way, and when I called to inquire about disconnecting it temporarily during the installation of the new washing machine, Harvey's quoted a staggering £300 +VAT for the service. I’m beyond frustrated. If you’re considering using this company, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The lack of support, poor installation, and unreasonable fees have made this an incredibly disappointing experience.

Very easy to order what I wanted. Arrived in a reasonable time and I am happy with the service.

We had a visit from Compton - he was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed, and assured us on all points. He was clearly a subject matter expert, but was also kind, polite and keen to listen to our needs, and not just try to sell the most expensive products - this was truly valued and Compton was really the main reason we want to buy from Harvey.

The service is poor now. The delivery which used to be couple of days became 14 days

The delivery is great I was very pleased to finally get the package after waiting for weeks before it arrived. you will have to do better from placing the order to delivering the goods.
