Salt delivered on time.

Very happy with the product itself! It pays off in the long-term..! General rule is 2 blocks (1 bag) of salt per person and per month and each bag costs £5-£6 so it’s a decent running cost! It will change your life especially if you have very hard water (which was our case) and eventually you will save a lot of money on fabric softener, moisturisers, conditioners etc. Also your appliances will run longer and better, literally zero limescale means that your shower is spotless after using it which is amazing! Installation also went really smoothly and the engineer was very professional. The only downside is that our salesman Syed Ali lied to us by promising extra bags during the negotiation phase which he never delivered despite chasing so piece of advise - be very firm during the negotiation phase and dont settle for free bags because you won’t get them.

Almost have had my installation in place for. 90 dsys and unit has made no difference whatsoever to the hard water - I have an appointment for an engineer to call but feel I will be exercising my rights under 90 trial for it to be removed as it’s a complete waste of money

Salts came damaged, this happens most times but nothing can be done about it i have been told

The delivery driver was very helpful and placed the salt blocks in our garage. This was a great help for two old souls in their late eighties!

I got what paid for on time.

Shahed Chowdhury walked me through the complete process and was knowledgeable about the products. He suggested the best option to upgrade my existing water softener to one that would best suit.

I ordered 3 boxes of 5 each. Delivery driver slammed a box down despite fragile written on it. I emailed harvey water a month ago, no acknowledgement, no response; no direct phone number to contact. Reviews often point out that once you're through paying your instalments, you stop existing to Harvey and sadly, this seems to be true.

Ordering was easy and delivery was on time and delivered with care although some of the blocks were damaged but still usable

I have not really heard much about water softners, until I was on a bus and I heard these two ladies talking about one saying how is keeps limescale away and kettles are lovely and clean all the time which where I live the limescale is really bad. So I thought I would look into buying one or find out more information about them, I'm so happy I heard them ladies takling about it as I would never of known just how much the water softners are really grea so I brought one and really happy with my purchase as no more limescale and water lovely and soft, would definitely recommend if you have really bad limescale in your area, best purchase I have made in a long while ❤️
