I needed to source a part for my water softener, and Paula at Culligan Harvey contacted me, offered me the required part FOC and organised to have it sent to me by post. A very unexpected, but happy, outcome.

Today I had a demo with Frank Moore for a water softener, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. Frank was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The demonstration was thorough, and I could see the immediate benefits of the product. I decided to purchase the water softener, and Frank ensured everything was set up perfectly. Highly recommend the demo service to anyone considering a water softener and filter for their house.

Improved quality of water The general softness of water has made my life a lot easier with cleaning for example, washing up, laundry, shower are more effective. Everything feels cleaner, less detergent or soap goes further and much less need for caustic chemicals. I love it!

I made a genuine error and ordered the incorrect block salt order for my Arc water softener. I offered to place a second order for the correct salt, with the incorrect salt collected for return and credit with a handling charge when my correct salt is delivered. Harvey said that I could return the salt at my own cost, or deliver it back to their depot. Message to all, “make sure you do not make an order error”. The worse part of this was that this was the fourth salt order I placed. You would have thought that they would have noticed that I was ordering the wrong product. My error I guess, but the customer service was non existent.

The salt packets are very heavy. The deliverers do a great job handling them, but they need to be careful when they put them down. The salt blocks are invariably in pieces when I take them out of the box. The parcels should signal clearly how heavy they are, red wrapping could help this.

Rhys arrived promptly and was helpful and efficient. Harvey’s also answer the phone quickly and take care in sorting out queries. I recently purchased one of their water softeners for my new house having enjoyed the benefits of having one in my previous home for 21 years.

Liam was gave us excellent customer service, very courteous and very helpful. I shall recommend Harvey's just for the sake of Liam. He made sure he kept us informed as to what he was doing, did his job well explained everything properly and finished his job end to end without any issues.

Rhys Couldrey did an excellent job. He arrived on time, described how he was going to install the water softener, did the installation quickly and with little mess. He then showed me how to use it. He was friendly and professional throughout.

The product is great and the installation from Billy was a smooth and easy process. Feels weird but a lot cheaper to be drinking tap water again.

I was having problems connecting my Harvey Water Softener to the mobile app after changing the softener's batteries. Faraz was extremely helpful, and professional, showing a good deal of patience until the problem was resolved. First-rate customer service in my book. Thank you Faraz.
