Mark Steadman was our engineer. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. I really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing and what we would need to do after he leaves. Mark also did a great job tidying up after himself which made the entire experience 5 star. Give this man a raise, or at least a paid day off!

Delivery of Salt packets were timely. However the blocks come slightly broken and chipped so feel bad with the loss since these are already very expensive.

If any problem arises after sale and all installment paid - you are on your own. Only reason paying them fortune in compare to the far cheaper softner is their installaton and promise of after sale services which literly is non existent. No issues with softner but at the time of purchasing this I was told, Harvey will help you reinstalling if I move house - thats a complete lie. When I moved houes and conacted them they said they dont work in new postode and it seemd they only can provide their service to very tiny numbers of postcode. This was not informed or cant find that anywhere on their website. The person on phone was behaving like I moved from Midlands to Africa nad thats so far fo them to come. Infact I moved from East to west midlands only. On short you are on your own if any problem arises afterwords and spending £ 1695.00 on machine. This happened previously as well - i ordered some salt blocks with them and when they didnt deliver after a week, contacted them and was informed they had some issue with DHL and delivery may take a month. I was denied refund and was left with no option but to wait. Sugar coated rudeness. I wish I took that with my CC at that time. Good thing is I only had to contact them twice but thats the case with any softners - now that I realise. It'd have been same with the cheap softner I could have get in 400£.

We had a water softener and a three-way tap installed yesterday, and I must say, the entire experience was fantastic! From my initial call to the call center, through Eddie's visit to evaluate our needs, and finally to Richard's doing the installation, everything went smoothly. Richard was not only professional but also very friendly. He took the time to explain the system and the app to me. Thank you, Harvey Team!

Getting delivered in broken pieces despite me letting the customer service know

New water softner installed to replace old machine. Engineer (George), arrived when expected, was polite and courteous; and left no evidence of mess. The new machine is smaller, the water feels softer, the salt blocks will be easier to install than the heavy bags of salt previously used and the bypass taps are more readily available. I was also offered a significant discount as an existing customer which softened the purchase. Thank you to Abbie (customer services) for arranging everything 😊 The limescale buildup in the 8 or so weeks of my old machine failing and the new installation was a great reminder of what a positive difference water softening makes around the whole house.

It arrived in 3 packages of 5 blocks, each which is quite heavy as you know. In fact we think that Robert, who delivered them, found that to be the case. He left them at the bottom of our drive which meant we had to retrieve them and take them up to our house, about 80 metres away. This was quite a challenge - although we are quite fit we have a combined age of over 160 years! The easiest way was to take the blocks out of their packaging and carry them up separately. Perhaps in future the blocks could be delivered in more a manageable way e.g. individual pair of blocks delivered to my garage?

We had our water softener fitted today. Rhys Couldrey was highly professional, took time to discuss options and explained how it all worked. As far as installation goes, absolutely great. I'll come back and give a review of the water softening at a later date, as too early to tell yet. The system seems good though!

Ordering was easy, good comms all the way and delivery with the driver carrying order in the house.
