All good, however, in particular, George who installed the water softener and extra pipework was excellent. The best person I have ever had to help me in these sorts of matters.

Rhys fitted our softener this morning. It was complicated dealing with our under sink cupboard which was badly installed several years ago. However, Rhys spoke to his boss and they came up with a good solution which actually made things better. Rhys understood my stress and was very reassuring and calming. All ended well! Now looking forward to lovely soft water - and less cleaning - soon! Big thank you

Salt arrives fairly quickly, however the app rarely works with the shop. Also quite frequently the salt is arriving broken

The water softener was installed a couple of years ago and the installation was extremely well done - new pipework and very neat and tidy and has worked well ever since. On this occasion I called out an engineer to identify a noise occurring during regeneration. He checked the softener out regenerating both cylinders and luckily the noise happened and he identified it was a little air in the system probably due to low water pressure at some point and demonstrated how to sort it by running a tap. Overall excellent experience with Harveys from Sales to technical help.

Great customer service.

Sales experience with Dom Walters was very smooth - good explanation of the product and benefits and seamless connection to installation. Unfortunately the installation process wasn’t great - initial filter didn’t work and replacement wasn’t the right one. Took 4 visits but ultimately decided not to keep beyond trial period.

Excellent product and service

Works ok, didn't do anything for my skin or hair. We use less detergent. It did effect the water pressure in the house even though we were told it wouldn't. We got a leak in the loft where the limescale has dissolved where I pipe was joined. Ended up costing another 500 quid

Salt was ordered and delivered with no fuss. Delivered to my door so a godsend for me.

It wasant great when salt opened two packs were in half not a good outlook on ferther orders

Salt packs were split on arrival (not by delivery company) I was told to use sticky tape

No limescale in my kitchen or showers since the time we got it installed. Definitely a good choice from my end. Family and relatives who visited from abroad mentioned that they felt the water is soft on the skin. Friends make out the difference with the first sip of the water :)

Very professionally done by Chris Gartell. We have our softner and reverse asmosis purification system installed today. He is very kind and answered all our questions
