Harvey water softener demo and installation has easily been the best zero friction customer service I have had in years. There was an initial water testing followed by product explanation and financing options done by a customer service engineer without a hint of the constant sales pushiness that I see elsewhere. And then there was just one engineer who came for the installation at a scheduled date, did the end to end job with zero annoyance, clearly explained the operation of the softener and set up the app.

I contacted Harvey as my Soft Water Filter was leaking. Initially I was told that I would have to wait two weeks for a plumber to come out and fix the issue. Once the plumber did arrive he did not have the correct parts, so I have now had to wait a further two weeks until this leak can be fixed.

Buying the water softener from them was a huge mistake,regarding specifically the salt blocks I can tell you that every single time I get the cracked and as i was advised by them I can’t use the small pieces because that would block the water softener,they asked me to check the package but the delivery person never waits for me to open the box and all the bags.That means that every time I get the salt I lose all the pieces that are not part of the salt block,which is around 10% sometimes more.Avoid buying anything from them,especially because their customer service is rude and rubbish.I’m expecting trustpilot to delete this comment,they tend to do it a lot even if they know you bought something from a company, they always want proof that you are not happy with what you bought 🤣

The online order was placed easily and confirmations were received. The only issue with the order was the delivery and the driver was not professional and did not help even though he had a pallet truck. Will have to think about future orders if dpd do not improve on delivery service

Replacement filter arrived on time

Harveys water softener is one of the best things I purchased. It saves on detergent, shower gel, makes your skin feel soft and supply. My brother's visiting and his skin normally itches after showering, but not after showering with the softened water. I'll definitely recommend it! 👌🏾
