Very detail orientated, took his time, didn’t rush, checked so many different things despite the only problem being a leak and even re-tested the water once working again. I have generally had my eyes opened to the difference that one of these machines could make within my household thanks to the demonstration that I was given by Frank Moore, he was very quick, a wonderful person to talk toand explained any questions that I had with great detail and even provided physical examples of the differences this could have on my home. Great product and great service: My eczema has largely cleared up and hair feels a lot softer. Dominic was super helpful in getting us started and dealing with any issues, communication and installation was quick from Harvey.

Keith did a demonstration to us to see the difference between hard and soft water. With the help of chemical experiment on both hard and soft water, we saw how much minerals are in hard water and what impact they have on your skin, taste of the water and residue they leave on the surface: we saw that you need 5 times less product to create bubbles with soft water, our hands felt more moist and clean, and a bowl didn’t have mineral residue on it after discarding soft water. In short, we were impressed and cannot imagine not having a water softener in our home now.

Janeb was amazing! She explained everything nicely and offered us all the options we had. She very patiently answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Who likes limescale? No one, right? So we decided to check out the benefits of fitting a water softening system and although there is a sales pitch, it’s well worth listening to. The Harvey device has taken a while to evolve but the result is something that ticks pretty much any box you might want to tick in terms of “…but what about this? Or that”? Eg. Salinity of softened water etc. The full range of benefits are yet to be enjoyed (already, the shower screen difference is amazing) but we would highly recommend this device. Aron Sheridan, the fitter was highly knowledgeable and competent and did a very tidy job of the installation. So if the sight of your kettle interior makes you cringe, go for it!

Billy was very diligent and clean with the work of installing the water softener and the addition of a filtered water tap to our kitchen. Our house has a complex pipe system but Billy managed to find the right place to connect the softener and spent time and effort to test out everything. Very good experience and I have tested that we already have soft water (about 10 days after installation).

Billy, my fitter, contacted me on Wednesday to confirm the fitting time arranged for at 8am on Friday. He arrived promptly at 8am and completed the job by 10.30am. He was friendly, efficient and clean. He talked me through the installation and reordering process for my salt and any after sales processes. Very pleased with my purchase and the thoroughly professional workmanship. I will recommend Harvey to anyone who needs water softening.
