Very responsive, quick and helpful sales staff. Gayna Sullivan and Steven Johnson have been great at promoting the Harvey products without over-selling or pressuring me. Smooth sales experience. This is just a reflection of their sales staff's performance as I haven't installed the product yet.

The price continues to rise, this multi pack was £15 when I purchased the water softener initially now nearly double the price. Salt blocks often arrive damaged and cracked

I ordered some water testing tablets which took a month to arrive. When they did arrive there was only 1 pack and I’d ordered and paid for 2. The one pack I did receive was missing the vital components - the tablets! Despite contacting them several times I’ve heard nothing. Wouldn’t touch them with someone else’s barge pole!

Their salt is excellent but very fragile. It often arrives damaged. It would help enormously if they could use a little bubble wrap inside their delivery boxes.

Had a Harvey Arc water softener, ‘So Clear Ultra’ water filter and Culligan Milano Instant Hot Tap. Installation by Rhys was awesome. Tidy and neat installation. All worked well and excited to have instant hot water for our cuppa.

Frank was amazing with the demo and effectively showed us the difference between hard and soft water. After the demo we were very sure of the Harvey softener product and it made our decision easier.

Prompt service and delivery

Billing and payments are a massive issue, payments aren't taken by DD they are done by invoices but can be raised whenever, if they are raised. You will need to double check you are paying for it because they won't check or inform you. I have been referred to a debt collectors due to an "error" they were aware of and didn't bother to call. I had to reach out to them to resolve the matter. Overall i have no faith in them getting anything right the customer experience so far has been awful.

Great service from start to finish. The water softener is working well and the App is good so can keep an eye on when to order more salt for it. Would definitely recommend.

The product does the required, softens hard water. Any issues with the softener the company plans engineer with a heavy charge back to us. Last year this faulty softner dumped 1 month of over flow water under the floor board.. It raised lots of dampness issue and coated me to fix the issue. On top they did sold me a new softner at my expense.. now when I claim the issues with them.. they sent me to claim processing team.. which I'm sure gonna cost me more than what they will spend. Think before going with this company.
