Arranging the appointment was easy and I was kept informed by text and calls when Richard was arriving. Our sales rep, Richard, was lovely and made certain everything was clearly explained while focusing particularly on what was relevant to us as a 2-person household in a small flat. There was no pressure to buy just clear pros & cons for me to consider. All-in-all a very pleasant and relaxed experience. I’m looking forward to the softener being fitted.

It's a scam!!! The Harvey softener first would approach you to take the plan. Later the dd is setup. After 3 year they come back to you saying you have payments pending on your account and that they cannot proof that the payment is not done. They then start sending you threat letters and court orders. Please make sure to ask for the payment receipts or maintain statements mentioning the payments. Otherwise they threaten and ask you to pay again. They do not have any system of contacting guest immediately. Godforbid if you may have changed your bank you will be stuck and will have to pay them again. No apologies!!!! Worst service ever received. Not to forget please check the device is it does work. Coz it may be faulty and you might not be able to use the app either. No portal to track payments nothing.... please think before taking the service.

Following a good demonstration at home, we had pleasant follow up discussions with the sales team to tailor what we needed and get the installation booked in. On the original day booked, Rhys was the installer and realised there would be some additional work needed that the time allocated would not be enough. He took the time to explain the work and got another date booked in immediately with the office. Rhys is punctual and did everything he said he would. Kept things neat and tidy and look forward to enjoying our new softened water. Thank you!

I have been a Harvey water softeners customer for many years. They use to have their own delivery van/driver for salt blocks. None of the salt blocks were ever damaged. They now use DPD for salt block deliveries and most salt blocks get delivered damaged. Culligan Harvey now delivers damaged goods to their customers.

A long time user of Harvey water softner, I have replaced the old softner with the new one. The installer Aron Sheridan was very good and experienced. He ensured the re-installation was completed to my satisfaction and in some instances improved on the previous installation.

Really disappointed with the salt blocks All but 2 packs where half broken Harveys asking for pictures but im not going to open them all just to send pictures No trust in their customers I usually order with no problems but this time the salt was crumbling

After 2+ years there was leakage - support helped to fix it. There is a standard callout charge , that's expected I guess

All good engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem. very efficient.

I recently ordered the curve salts and was impressed by their quality. However, I did notice that a few arrived broken during transit with DPD. While I understand that shipping conditions might not be entirely in your control, a little extra padding or a more secure packaging method could help prevent this issue in the future. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and appreciate your commitment to quality. This small tweak in packaging could make an already great experience even better!

Order came by courier in 2 deliveries. The delivery chap complained about how heavy the salt was, after carrying 2 boxes at a time up our very long drive I'm surprised he was able to stand up straight.
