I recently commented that I had received a very damaged box of 6 blocks of salt from Harvey Culligan. The company's Customer Services (specifically advisers Jaden and Rebecca) were very helpful and I was sent a replacement box free of charge.

I purchased an RO system in Oct 2023, and was due for my yearly service. I called in October 2024, and was told they don't have the right equipment to service it and they would reach out once it was available. I heard nothing... i called 3 times to check, and only in Feb 2025 when i called, did they have the equipment. Did they inform me... NO! I refused to pay for the service because they made me wait so long and did not follow up. Instead they offered to give 5 salt bags LOL absolute joke. The engineer came out, and by accident, damaged a washer - so now I have no functioning RO system, was told they don't have the part so not even sure when it will be fixed, asked if the RO system can just be replaced and was told no. Rubbish company, rubbish support staff. Avoid at all costs, they just don't care.

Frank was very friendly explained everything perfectly, the demonstration was brilliant and showed what the new softener system will do to the hard water we currently have. Looking forward to getting it installed

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I received an email informing me that my order had been delivered, yet tracking showed a photograph of someone else's front door. I had to phone DPD and then yourselves to find out where my order was; then I had to drive to the other property (fortunately nearby) and collect the item from the owner. In the wider scheme of things this was not a great disaster, of course, but it did waste my time. Please stop using DPD and change to Royal Mail/Parcelforce for deliveries to rural areas. The DPD driver just left the parcel at the first convenient location for him. The delivery was timed for early evening, just as it was getting dark. DPD drivers have no local knowledge in rural areas and finding a property, especially when dusk if falling, may be a challenge for them.
