Ordered curve salt but these turned up with chunks of the salt smashed in the packet. Not a problem as it all gets tipped on but might as well go elsewhere and buy blocks and smash them up to fit in the curve softener!
I was really impressed with the service and advise I had when I inquired about the water softener. The gentleman called Malcolm was very good explaining and demonstrated very good. I can now taste and see the difference around the sinks,bath etc.. Highly recommend it. Kay

The order was painless in as much it was easy to do on line and a quick delivery time. The quality is very good and gives the water the right degree of softener. Only criticism is the carrier has delivered the package for the 2nd time immediately outside my front door meaning I couldn't get out of my house because of this although I had asked that they leave it elsewhere. Harvey's have been told about this. Otherwise a very good product.

Smooth routine!
The delivery company dropped the boxes really hard to the ground as they were very heavy. Most of my salt blocks are broken and crumbled on the edges. Too many packs in one box for anyone to cary!! Very disappointed with this delivery. First bad delivery experience I had…
