The product is good, it is delivered when you say it will be and you keep the customer informed.

Poor comunication overall from the purchase through to the delivery. Having increased the prices of salt blocks and filters several times in just a couple of years i did not see any indication that these increases were directed to service improvements. You need to seriously stop using shop as a delivery platform and redesign the entire process with a coherent flow from start to end that makes customers experience smoother and improves the company's accountability at every stage of the process should any issue arise. At the moment all we get is price rises and a complex delivery process that leaves us consumers with the perseption of a company that navigates its various flows with incompetence at best or with intentiob to create barriers to customers seeking accountability.

Your service seemed to be good, as usual. However, the courier you use now seems to be poor. As you know, one pack of salt disappeared completely and another delivered so damaged as to be unusable. You did replace these promptly, thank you. The days when a man with a van delivered your salt un damaged seem to be gone, and couriers don’t care.

Fast and on time delivery

I have ordered a new Harvey Arc water softener and to my surprise and satisfaction of the prompt service from Johi at the sale department. He was very polite, helpful snd with a good understanding of the products.

Really easy to order and amend delivery quick and reliable

Following my initial enquiry, Alan, their local Sales Rep, came and demonstrated the solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the buying process very easy to complete. He was also, super responsive when I had any questions or concerns. The water in Northampton is quite hard and has led to dry skin, since installing the softener, this has almost been eliminated within the first week.

I purchase the curve salt blocks and when they arrived most of them had been damaged not sure how I will fit them in snug as the top & bottoms have been damaged. May have happened through the delivery !!
