Keith Hicks gave me an excellent demo of the Harvey Water Softener, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained how the system would solve them in a way that was clear and relatable. His knowledge was spot-on, and he answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how genuine and passionate he was about the product. By the end, I was confident and completed the order with him.

Easy to order Come quickly Although hopefully this delivery is better packed as the last one every block was broken in some way. I was able to use but maybe if they were in more boxes and lighter it would be better for everyone

After our Water Softener was expertly installed we had an issue our card payment. We spoke to Pamella Skeete and asked her to look into it, within 5 minutes Pamella phoned back and said that she had resolved the computer error and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Harvey have proved to have excellent customer relations and all the staff we have dealt with have worked to make our installation a success. We would highly recommend them.

Rubishh service

The water softener works well but does go through a lot of salt! When fitted the lid doesn’t go on properly and I keep getting messages about lid is off which is annoying. Trying to get through to customer service is not good

On previous order the courier damaged some of the salt blocks considerably. They were very helpful and understood my issues from photos. They rectified the problem, and their product is very good, clean salt. Will be my go to every time now!
