Replacement salt blocks ordered directly from Harveys always arrive broken, so difficult to install on the softener machine.

Excellent service from start to finish, really went out of their way to find the best solution for the installation. Great results! Water is so much better now, skin, hair etc really see the difference, and the quantities of cleaning products needed is drastically reduced. My dishwasher looks new again!

I have just had Harvey water softener and filter installed and really pleased with it. Dave Naylor, Harvey soft water demonstrator gave a very good demonstration, explained everything to me slowly and clearly and answered all my questions. Tommy Smith, installer of the equipment did a very good job,very neat and tidy. After the installation he explained everything to me.Both of them very polite and helpful. I am really pleased with everything and enjoying the soft and filtered water.😊

I love the product and can't recommend it enough. However the delivery on this order has been a mess needing a lot of management from my end. They use DPD and I wouldn't recommend the process that I've gone through.

It was easy to order. The order arrived very quickly but DPD tried to deliver to the wrong address, even stood in my driveway with their back to my property to take the photo . If you went back to your own excellent drivers you would get full marks
