Very bad experience. Was not listened to in my complaints . Was deceived into buying a wooden cover for the water softener case installed out door. Was told wooden cover is good and durable and can with stand any weather condition. Information was false. Company is dishonest.

The service was quite good. Alan was very helpful with demonstrations and arranging installation. It all went smoothly and quickly. I can’t complain. No more limescale 😊. I couldn’t recommend it enough, Harvey water softers has changed my life.

Tbh I have no issues with the installation however I have an issue with the price of the salt. I have to buy salt every couple of months and every time it seems like the price has increased. From the last time I bought salt which was a few months ago, the cost of 10 bags of salt has gone up by £10. This is absolutely ridiculous! What’s the guarantee that in a few more months I won’t be paying £100 for 10 bags of salt???? Please reevaluate the pricing! Your customers already paid thousands of pounds to have this fitted, I’m sure they did not anticipate the increasing price of salt every few months because I definitely would have reconsidered if I knew this was the case.

I understand that there are loads of bad comments on Facebook or the Internet about the services of Harvey Water softener in terms of demo, installation and maintenance. By wonder, I contacted Harvey for a demo and see if it can take into one of my considerations in terms of price and services. I had my 5-star experience by David Griffiths, he came to my house to do a demo and answered all my enquiries with patience. David provided the best option and the best offer to me after listening what I needed and understanding my circumstances. No matter in late evening or early morning, David always tried his best to reply and reminded you. I'm happy to start the long term relationship with Harvey Water Softener by the demo presented by David. To maintain a long term relationship, Harvey needs to recruit and retain their customers by a 5-star services (CRM). ***Luckily I had David Griffiths in the first stage, I look forward to the next stage which is the installation.

Finally, I got the chance to get my water softener fix from Harvery water softener. And Amber Gallagher and Steven Johnson got us the best service. They both provide the best customer service. Great Team. Thank you Both.

It arrives on or before time suggested and its a fair price, if there is a problem it is because the blocks are some times broken but this is not a big problem

Keith was great - really clear communications and straight talking. He explained the different products and was very practical about how the softener would be installed. Smooth process.

Very expensive equipment to install and then buying salt to keep it running, I did not had any skin conditions was concerened about general skin dryness, after using this softner now I have a skin condition. Softner generates a slimy/soapy water which in itself is a chellange, ending up using more water. I recommend not to buy it unless you have a very condition where water softner is clearly proven to help, do a trial first before commiting to such large expense.
