Poor experience. The delivery folks have dumped the salt packages dangerously leaking on the glass door. Very careless
The delivery driver was not helpful and was very rude,these blocks are very heavy and a women on her own cannot lift them.

The delivery was not delivered to my door, it was left in an unsecure location, the packaging was damaged, all 6 blocks were broken into several pieces with a lot of fine granules. This was no doubt the fault of the courier, but reflects badly on Culligan Harvey. In fairness, the company responded well in offering partial replacement on my next order, but I wold have preferred immediate replacement as using these damaged blocks is a nuisance.
Very pleased with my water softener. Easy to refill and reorder the curved salt blocks. Only peeve I have is that although I use the app, it constantly asks for password info. Would prefer face recognition or be able to save password and then only one click. A bit annoying at times!!
Constantly not turning up for appointments and not bothering to communicate either at all or only at the last minute
When a complaint is registered it takes 10 days for the engineer to visit the site which even after providing feedback there is zero improvement. The speed in selling in the product is not shown in the service required on urgency. Mini salt prices need to be negotiated as for it is huge cost on my monthly budget

Your salt bricks arrived within a few days of being ordered and they were delivered to our front door.
Harvey’s are always easy to order from online and the delivery is always very speedy.
The price is surprisingly rising, even if the purchase is quite simple and the shipping is prompt.
The experience of purchase itself is pretty smooth, however, when you buy a large number of salts the number of deliveries can be split and there is little communication about this. Getting in touch with Harvey over the phone is a pain unless it's about sales. Aftercare and technical queries take either forever to get a hold to or when you hit the 10 minute mark of waiting the call is hung up automatically. For these reasons I'm dropping 2 stars, because there is room for much needed improvement.

The salt was delivered outside my front door and my wife not offered any assistance to move the heavy boxes in to the house or garage. Not great service!
