Sometimes the reception in my mother’s wing of the building was spotty, but for the most part it was good. I would recommend this to anyone that needed a landline type phone but the infrastructure of their residence could not support it for whatever reason.
This is the most customer service oriented company I’ve encountered in ages! Everyone I’ve talked to is well-trained, personable, and very conscious of the need to make the customer happy! The system is easy to connect and works just fine, and the staff are an absolute joy to talk to. I’m recommending you to all my friends!!!!
Very professional and easy to talk to.
I was able to get the new base up and going with the help of the technician. They were very patient with me and helped me every step of the way. Thank you for the help and good service I received.😁
My mom used this phone in a few Assisted Living Facilities in recent years, and it worked out really well for her. One of the major benefits was being able to keep the same phone number when we moved her. Additionally, the ability to connect this system to a couple of landline phones made it much easier for her to use whether near her bed or sitting in a chair.
Abdul was very patient and answered all the questions that we had and made it easy for us as we're moving to Oregon and waiting for the close. We're seniors, old fashioned and prefer a landline. This does have advantages that helps us. Thank you Abdul for all your help.
Easy process and excellent service. Abduhl was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. Abduhl offered options to help meet my needs and patiently assisted me when I needed to make a change.
On every bill received since beginning our service three years ago, Community Phone has charged a “City Communications Service Tax” of 5%. We are not within the city limits of the city on our address. During verbal communication with the company, I sought an explanation for this discrepancy. The company’s explanation was that they “have no way of knowing if we are in or out of the city limits.” In addition to this, my contact with the named city treasurer indicated that the city has never received any tax revenue from Community Phone. In subsequent email contacts in which Community Phone requested general feedback on their services, I repeated the request for explanation and/or resolution of this complaint. No further correspondence either by phone or email has been forthcoming.
I like the promptness of your service.Thank you very much and keep up the good work.

solved the problem quickly. friendly and knowledgable
They are overall a great company. We had to wait longer than we expected to get the equipment, then when we did, it was defective. They put me through about an hourworth of trouble shooting before they agreed it was defective. 2nd try They sent s "refurbished " modem, which we weren't too happy about. Another hour of testing equipment to determine the fault lay in the sim card. It would have been a lot easier to try that relatively easy fix first. All is now working well. Nice guys on the phone, just need a way to shorten up the "fixing" testing on the customer's end. We have been promised a couple of weeks of free service for the lost time. My wife had to do all the work, as I have no technical experience in this area!
As I noted in my previous review, although the service did work for us, closing the finances, was done very quickly. That was my main concern.
Robby was so easy to work with. Truly a great experience.
Jay understood my issue right away and immediately gave me a direction I could take to resolve it. When I had questions during the process, he was able to answer right away and in a way I knew exactly what was being explained. I appreciate all that and also Jay's patience when I asked questions he must get many times a day. Thank you, Jay!
I have too much to say. I don't have enough room. I've had a landline since 1969. First the base was defective or just didn't work. The new base replacement works.thank you for your quick replacement. Secondly, my son says answering service would not work, must dial quick, before phone goes into another function and etc. But, still learning.
The rep talked me through information about porting my existing landline and answered all my questions. I felt confident that everything would turn out well and that I would be able to keep my existing number, which was my first priority, as well as having a number of cordless phones in my home, in different rooms. I was very pleased it worked out so well. Good customer support is becoming so hard to find these days. The instruction that came with the base unit were easy to follow.
The person I talked to was very helpful and got everything taken care of for mr
The line goes out every two months or so, and I have to troubleshoot, which is time-consuming. I had to call today and spent over 45 minutes with the chat person, who finally resolved it. I do not like that it is happening too many times. I usually go without the phone for a week or longer because I don't have the time to call or troubleshoot. This time, I went without a phone for a week and a half.
I cannot recall who I talked to But he sure knew how to guide me through the process to get the phone hooked up.
