This company offers fake “land line” service that is actually a desktop device that connects to a cell tower and makes calls by VOIP. Once they get their hooks into you, it’s difficult to get away. Years after I cancelled their “service,” they “reactivated” my account without authorization and began billing me again. Could I get them on the phone to cancel? Nope.
The issue appeared to have been solved but has since returned.
My mother is 91 years old and relies on her phone. We switched to community phone for value and reliability. She’s been having a problem the last few months that after checking all the equipment myself I needed to get with community phone and they fixed the problem. Great service.
Everything was easy works great. L am visually impaired and not having names on caller ID is a problem for me as I have a problem reading numbers.

Attentive to my concerns. When I Placed my order I expected my own house phone to provide service but it was battery dependent, so I have now purchased a phone from Commodity. I will need to become familiar with operating voice mail.
