Everything is ok except when my phone line beeps and I try to click over, it doesn't click over and sometimes when the phone rings a certain amount of times once I pick up the phone clicks and I get the dial tone, at first I thought the other side hung up but after a while I think it's my phone.
I had purchased this for my elderly mother, as the other company was just too unreliable and expensive. It works great! My only ask would be to enable a feature that would derail all the fraud and scam calls. Especially for elderly people.
