I have just bought an armchair from the extensive choice on display at Pratts. Thanks to the salesman Chris who listened to my initial ideas, showed me the perfect chair, style and colour exactly right. I received a swatch from the makers and the following day agreed the deposit and time frame for delivery. All in less than one week. Thank you Chris I will certainly return to Pratts for my next purchase.

Brilliant service from start ie in store (this time dealt with David Tolchard) right through to the delivery drivers. This is the 2nd bed we have purchased from them as well as other items like a sofa and mirror and it is our “go to” if we need any furniture as we know the quality will be good and service excellent from past experience.

My Dad and I visited the Leeds store mainly to see what the options were for recliner sofas - Duncan Edwards came over to check we were ok and was extremely helpful (pointing us in the right direction for recliners, answering our gazillion questions) while giving us space to look around and try everything with zero sales pressure. On the first floor Andy was also great at giving us info about the different brands on offer & what set them apart but, as so often happens, my Dad had fallen in love with the first sofa he sat on. The store is fantastic & has a brilliant variety of stock - there was even a cafe space where we were able to grab a coffee and take some time to discuss our options privately before deciding what to do. Being able to do this in the store, again with no pressure from Duncan or any other sales people made a massive difference. Every member of staff we came into contact with was lovely and friendly and the whole experienced was really easy and relaxed. It’s testament to the great service Duncan provided that we abandoned our planned trip to Birstall to visit other sofa stores and decided to buy there and then - we had honestly not expected to be making a purchase that quickly but the price, service and free delivery meant it was a no brainer. Thanks to all the gang & especially Duncan for making the sofa purchase such an enjoyable experience.

The customer service provided by David Johnson was fabulous. His knowledge, honesty and patience in helping us through the entire purchase process was excellent. There was no hard sell, just honest advice. Unfortunately I can’t compete with a recent literary masterpiece penned by the hand of another customer - that was brilliant - but I’m sure David deserves an extra 30 minutes downtime from our feedback.Great service. My mother and I visited Christopher Pratts on Sunday to look at Sofas, Anna was the representative that helped us choose the right one. Anna was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the fabrics on offer for the particular sofa that we wanted and we couldn’t have been happier with the level of service we received. A wonderful selection of furniture, pleasantly displayed. But this could be many stores - the difference here that ensures 5 stars is the quality of the staff. We were not just served but looked after by Dale Williamson who listened to what we wanted then showed us the various options, brought us coffee and biscuits then left us to consider the options and come to a decision. He did check back during the process to see if we needed anything else. Much better than the pushy type of salesperson we experienced in another store who intruded when my wife and I were discussing a potential purchase. The way we were treated by Dale means that I will return to Pratts when I need any more furniture

Friendly & efficient with a superb range of products is barely adequate to describe this store. I recently purchased furniture from this store and Dale Williamson was the sales consultant, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The selection of furniture is incredible—stylish, high-quality, and exactly what I was looking for to complete my parent’s home. We decided it was time for a new mattress and, having bought the old one from Pratts thought it would make sense to use them again. There was so much choice it was difficult to know where to start and fortunately David in the bed department was on hand to talk us through the pros and cons of the various types of mattresses on offer. He was very knowledgeable and certainly knew his stuff on all things relating to beds and bedding without being at all pushy (a big plus in his favour!!) We are now awaiting delivery of our new mattress which we bought and would highly recommend Pratts when it is time to change that old mattress!!

I went to Pratts to buy a corner sofa. One of its employees, Craig Thornton-Fletcher, introduced himself. He said if we had any questions to just let him know and gave us some space to have a look at the one we liked. He was very helpful and seemed be pretty knowledgeable on all things sofas! I decided to place an order but as I wasn’t too sure if the colour I chose would compliment my current colour scheme, he offered to put my order on hold. Subsequently, I’ve emailed him with additional queries and also to request more swatches. He has responded to my emails in a very timely manner. Craig was a pleasure to deal with and I can’t wait to receive my new sofa (just need to decide on the colour first!).
