Having visited lots of other competitor stores in the area. I found Christopher Pratts to have a very extensive range of sofas, along with other items. Parking was clearly marketed, and Dale the salesperson was informative but not pushy and brought me a nice cappuccino drink along with a biscuit! His knowledge and understanding of what we wanted was very good and at no point did we feel under pressure to make a decision. but in the end we decided to make a purchase which we were very happy with. Would definitely recommend a visit to the Leeds store due to the size and selection of stock available.

Had a brilliant, friendly and knowledgable experience at Christopher Pratts specifically with David Johnson. Not at all pushy sales but instead really helpful in supporting us to find the right sofa for us! Even down to the scatter cushions on top! Nothing was too much! And through our numerous visits when David wasn’t in, we had excellent help from Duncan Edwards and the support was never ending!

A Trust Pilot review just for you, for Julie, Tamsin & David A too! Who knew when walking into Christopher Pratts, that David had trained his Glutes and his Lats! The ache was real, he could barely walk, but it didn’t stop his ability to talk! It’s a good job that Julie came to his aid, wrapping my purchase that we had just paid. Tamsin smiled warmly with a very polite greeting, still in recovery from Saturday’s Sales meeting. Many words have been used to describe David A, intelligent was not what she expected them to say! Tell them David you can’t have it all, we all know you are the Belle of the ball! If the Head of Security is reading this out, I am in no shadow of doubt… That Julie, Tamsin & David too, could all use some time off in lieu! Visited the store again a few weeks ago. The showroom never fails to please, so much choice. In my opinion, one of the best places to visit if you are looking to refurbish any room within your home. We purchased two light fittings from Exclusive Lighting (Joanne & Suzanne) within the Store and on this occasion we purchased a beautiful Vase for our lounge. On this occasion, Chris and Anne were so helpful. A lovely store and lovely staff. Thank you!

Great customer service by Craig Thornton-Fletcher. He gave us some great advice, gave us all the info we needed and didn't mind us swapping cushions around! We have purchased a gorgeous new sofa! Thank you Craig.

We were looking for a new sofa so visited the Leeds showroom. We were approached by Duncan when we entered the store and explained what we were looking for. Duncan explained our options and then left us to look and explained that we just needed to ask for any help. We found a sofa we liked and asked for his help. Duncan was extremely informative and helpful explaining size options and colours and delivery options. He was exactly the right mix of helpfulness and was one of the reasons we bought. The finance options available were also explained very well. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you Duncan.

David was very polite and helpful

First visit to the Leeds store, easy to find and ample parking. Initial purpose was to look at lighting, salesperson had excellent product knowledge and we purchased within minutes. Next stop was sofa's, huge choice. Dale W listened to our wish list and made recommendations, gave a demonstration of build quality and mechanical workings. We were offered coffee whilst discussing colour and furniture sizes. No hard sell the whole process was at our pace. Order placed and Dale has kept in touch with updates. Would recommend to all and we will return for other items.

I recently purchased an item of furniture from this store. Dale Williamson dealt with my order. He was efficient and friendly, a combination that is not always easily achieved but Dale did so and I would not hesitate to deal with him again.

Finally bought our furniture at Christopher Pratts after fruitless visits to other well known company’s which caused us to nearly to abandon the idea of new furniture . Christopher Pratts is an amazingly calm and beautiful store filled with every thing we needed .We decided on our sofas within 30 mins . Our sales person was Christopher Barraclough who knew just what would work for us . He is extremely knowledgeable in the trade , No hard selling .We even had coffee and biscuits . Dream experience from start to finish .
