Lynn the sales person greeted us by name, was polite and exceptionally knowledgeable and was aware of our requirements.Gave us space and time, having advised us on what may meet our requirements. Advised us of what discounts were available on the bed and mattresses and all the extras that were optional. Reviewed our requirements then reviewed our offering in detail.we felt that all our requirements and needs had been more than met and look forward to receiving our purchase. Fantastic choice of furniture at Christopher Pratts, Regent Street, Leeds. We called in on Sunday, spent nearly 3 hours looking and finally selected a sofa and armchair. We were looked after by Andy Aylesbury who was really patient and not pushy. We went away to consider how the new furniture would look in our home and returned to the store on Thursday. Again Andy looked after us allowing us to move furniture to create a mini room setting. We ended up buying the sofa and armchair (and a rug). Again Andy explained the delivery process clearly and explained to us how to look after the leather furniture we had just bought. Would highly recommend Pratts and Andy Aylesbury. Visited your Leeds Store today. Great experience buying a new sofa. No pushy sales people. We were served by Chris, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He pointed us in the right direction, offered us coffee and then left us to browse. We finally made a decision, based on Chris’s knowledge and advice. All in all a great shopping experience. Would definitely recommend Christopher Pratts to family and friends.

We have bought our furniture at Christopher Pratts for over 15 years and have never been disappointed so it was the obvious choice when replacing our settee. We made a couple of visits and Lisa Berry looked after us extremely well on both occasions. She wasn’t pushy. She provided us with information and guidance and was patient as I debated over fabric, offering advice as needed. All whilst being friendly in a professional way. I’m looking forward to my new purchase arriving in about 8 weeks and know from past experience of dealing with Christopher Pratt’s that I will be happy with it.

We recently purchased a sofa & chair from Christopher Pratts, Leeds. We were looked after by Chris Barrowclough who managed our time in the store excellently, offering us great advise while also allowing us ample time (alone) to discuss our options.

We bought a lovely settee, two chairs, side tables, lamp table and TV cabinet. From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted by the team who were so friendly and welcoming. We were so impressed with Anna and Elisha who provided a really high quality excellent customer service. They were both so professional. Anna was extremely helpful in assisting us to find the perfect suite for us and our home, she took the time to listen to our requirements and guided us to try many different styles. She assisted us to decide on the colour scheme and allowed us plenty of time to make an informed decision. Elisha was really informative about the various plans available to purchase the suite and furniture. They were both really helpful and friendly. We felt really looked after, even provided with refreshments. We were brought all the colour swatches and informed about all the different options available, nothing was too much trouble, we were assisted with measurements to ensure we were making the right decisions. We were provided with information about caring for our furniture and also with contact numbers for questions if needed. The service was impeccable and we were really impressed. We purchased 2 sofas today plus a foot stool. We went yesterday and took the night to think over it, Duncan was great on both visits. He was helpful and very understanding about our hyperactive child testing the bounce-ability of the sofa range. Didn’t feel pressured, pushed or pestered at all, he was the perfect salesperson and we would buy again from him. Quality of products clear to see

Excellent service from Duncan E in Leeds store today. He helped us with the purchase of a sofa. We were matching it up with furniture that we had bought there many years before. We always feel confident with Christopher Pratts.

We entered Christopher Pratt's in Leeds with some options in mind for new furniture and after looking at various items we went to the first floor and looked at recliners. We were fortunate to meet Andy Aylesbury who dropped what he was doing and dedicated his time to offer his advice and considerable expertise in all aspects of the reclining furniture on offer. We had lots of questions and he was able to effectively answer them all and not at any time were we under pressure to make a choice. We left the store with a promise to return the next day after thinking about the options we had. On our return we confirmed our choice and Andy processed our order and went on to demonstrate the after care products for the leather we had chosen. We have bought furniture before at Christopher Pratts but the level of service Andy provided was exceptional and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We couldn't recommend Andy highly enough - all our expectations were met and can't wait for our delivery.

Lisa was extremely helpful and professional when we were choosing a kitchen table. She was very personable and took time with us to fill out the paperwork. I would definitely look her out when choosing furniture again at Pratt’s.

Duncan Edwards and Julie were both brilliant! We were afforded plenty of time by Duncan to consider our options when choosing our new sofa. He struck the right balance between involving himself in our conversations and giving us the space to discuss. Very pleasant demeanor. You are never harried by sales staff in Christopher Pratts which means you have plenty of time to make your selection. Staff (in this case Chris) are always professional and knowledgeable. There is an extensive selection of quality furniture on display from quality manufacturers.

Recently bought a new bed frame and mattress from Christopher Pratt. Excellent service from David T, who was more than happy to help with all our questions. He left us try all the mattresses without feeling rushed, even made us a cuppa. Bed arrived earlier than expected so great customer experience.

We’ve shopped at Christopher Pratts Leeds many times, the store has an extensive range of quality furniture and choice and the staff we’ve dealt with have all been very good. Our recent bed (and mirror) purchase was handled by Chris who’s an expert, very helpful and friendly (as always).

Our second time in purchasing alstons furniture at Pratts with Duncan Duncan is great and I would totally recommend using Pratts and asking for him

We visited this store on Fri 23 August and were warmly greeted by Duncan Edwards. We had an initial chat with him about what we were looking for and he gave us some good advice but then backed off to allow us to look around at our leisure, making us aware that he was available to assist whenever we were ready. We eventually settled on a gorgeous Parker Knoll grand sofa and Duncan assisted us with the cushion firmness, fabrics, leg/castor choices etc. The whole experience was lovely and relaxed and Duncan was really knowledgeable about the products. We then went upstairs, initially just to have a little look at beds as we were thinking of swapping ours in the near future. Lynn, who has been with CP for a long time and clearly knows her stuff, assisted us in choosing a lovely Tempur upholstered bedframe so we decided to go ahead and order it there and then. Both Duncan and Lynn were great in helping us during our visit and have kept us informed as to delivery timescales etc. They are both a credit to the store. Christopher Pratts would always be our first port of call for furniture, because of lovely people like these. Keep up the good work guys and we look forward to receiving our new furniture very soon!
