Chris, the salesperson who handled our enquiries and then the purchase, could not have done more. Polite and efficient, provided everything we needed and knew when to simply let us think and make a choice. We had an great experience purchasing our new chairs with David Johnson. A very knowledgeable and kind man.

I arrived at the store initially casually looking for a chair. This was going to be a reclining chair with a swivel action having walked round the store. I saw one or two items that deserved a second look. I then bumped into Andy Aylesbury who asked if he could help I explained what I was looking for. It took me immediately to a chair that met all my needs. There was no pressure involved. We were made comfortable to look at colour samples. A great choice I may add. Andy took us through the ordering and delivering information we left feeling we had achieved our goal.

Decided to visit Christopher Pratts furniture store as we needed two new leather two seater settees. We has a good look around a very comprehensive and varied showroom, and found a number of suites we were interested in. David Johnson approached us and offered to help decide which leather to choose which was most helpful as we are not experts in leather. His knowledge was first class and his opinion on the sofa's were also of value and we soon decided on the sofa's we wanted. David's all round knowledge played a significant part in our purchase, and nothing was too much trouble for him, and he also gave us a 10% discount due to Pratts sale offers. Many thanks to David and Pratts for a most pleasant experience.

I went to the Leeds branch this weekend hoping to find a new bed and was pleasantly surprised by the range of beds on display and the support from store staff, Lynn and Chris in particular. I didn't feel pressurised whatsoever like I have elsewhere and felt as though both colleagues were very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Visited the Leeds store on Saturday with the intention of purchasing a new sofa and a bed and managed to do both whilst having a great customer experience. Didn't feel pressured by Chris or Lynn, it was more like having a personal shopper which I loved! The knowledge and experience they both had was evident and helped me to make an informed choice about my purchase. Always our go-to store for furniture requirements. We received outstanding service and very honest and helpful advice from David Johnson over the weekend; during two in store visits, and would like to express our thanks to him. He has followed up as promised today by contacting the manufacturer to see whether a particular style of chair was available in our chosen fabric; which resulted in an additional sale. It is very refreshing to receive such honest opinions and he really took the time to listen to what we were saying about our refurbishment plans and made great suggestions about the process and potential pitfalls. He clearly has a great deal of knowledge and experience and is a real asset to what is already a very good company to deal with. Thank you

Really long but good day today at Christopher Pratts which ended in us buying two Italian leather sofas after a couple of weeks of looking elsewhere. Richard Sanders on was extremely helpful but only when we wanted help. Loved being able to get on and look by ourselves but knowing we could ask for help as soon as we needed any. Richard was able to help us find exactly the right sofa for our space needs and was very patient. Cant thank him enough for his help.

Lynn was superb! We have purchased many items over the years from this store and we were not disappointed this time. Lynn’s knowledge in the mattress world is clearly the best in the business.
