Anna has been very patient and helpful with discussing various options of sofa with my parents. She was very knowledgable and able to answer all of our questions and assisted with completing the order over the telephone as well, so my parents didn't need another journey to the store. We are awaiting delivery of the sofas and are looking forward to seeing them in place. We are told all of the packing materials will be removed and feet and sliders fixed in place ready for use as well, which is another positive. Overall a good experience so far. Thanks Anna.

We visited your Leeds branch recently and purchased a leather 4 seater suite and chair and also a dining room table and chairs. We were comfortably looked after by Dale and Chris whom were extremely helpful and professional and very friendly at all times. Both these guys are a credit to your company and could not have done any more to help us, well done guys. Whatever your training process is this is obviously working.

Yes, went back to see Lisa,who was, more than helpful, had all the info requested and even though our colour palate had changed somewhat our moving of the goalposts proved to be a mere nothing!! Nough to say, we placed an order !!

Shopping for new dining suite. Shopped at Pratts many times over the years in their immaculate and well stocked Leeds showroom with ample car parking. Richard S stationed on the first floor was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us good, honest advice without being pushy to make a sale. We bought a suite at a good price and left the store very satisfied.

We spotted a dresser a short time ago and rang to see if it was still available. Chris took the call and kindly checked and got straight back to us. We went in to have a second look and were also able to order 2 matching night tables we'd hoped for! Beautiful store with lovely, welcoming, kind staff throughout. We visited the store on 25/8/24 and were immediately welcomed by Anna asking if she could help. Well help she did. Nothing was too much trouble, she showed us numerous suites and asked lots of questions to find out what our requirements were. Anna was very knowledgeable and despite our numerous wants she found us a suite that fitted all our requirements. She gave us space and time to decide and wasn’t at all pushy. We opted to buy the suite on interest free credit and at this point we’re joined by Julie who again was very helpful and pleasant. She guided us through the process and explained the process thoroughly. All in all the staff we met were first class and offered a relaxed but informative shopping experience.

We visited Christopher Pratts with the intention of just looking at some furniture for our new extension, however due to the selection of furniture, the prices and helpfulness of staff we purchased a number of items. From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew we would find what we wanted. There is a vast array of suites to suit every taste and it was difficult to narrow down the choices. That is where David Johnson came into the story, he took time to guide us through, asking questions that enabled us to make a choice to suit our needs advising on finishes, sizing and materials etc.

Another excellent experience with Christopher Pratts in Leeds. Went in to buy a new mattress, received excellent advice and service from Lynn who was an oracle! She went the extra mile to explain the differences between options so we understood what we were testing in the store. Didn’t at any point feel pressurised and left feeling we’d made a really well informed choice. 5th item we’ve bought from this store this year as we have had such good service previously.
