PRATTS has a great variety and quality. Just bought dining table and chairs at a good price. Duncan Edwards was great help,polite knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Will receive my order in November earlier than planned which is even better.

Simply put this is a first class business. The person who helped us when considering our purchases was Chris. He really does understand Retail and what customers actually require when shopping. He had exactly the right level of interest initially without being overbearing. The store is big with as fantastic selection of top quality furniture and as we were potentially shopping for a number of items he left us to browse at our own speed but was always ready to answer any questions we had. He was very transparent throughout about the process of choice, purchase and lead in times including delivery. A credit to himself and the business. All in all a very pleasurable experience and we will be shopping there again.
