Visited the Leeds store today and received excellent service from David Johnson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product options and could not have helped any more in making decisions on the colours and style of our sofa purchase.

Bought a dining table, chairs, bar stools and a "cuddler" from Craig. He was excellent and we're really happy with what we've bought. It's the second time we've been to Pratts in a few days and I doubt we'd go anywhere else.

We visited the Leeds store on 28 September 2024 and was greeted by David Johnson, who knew the exact sofa we were looking for as soon as we mentioned it. David was extremely helpful, polite and did not pressure us to make a purchase, he gave us all the information we needed and left us to browse at our leisure. Our decision was already made and David made the process simple and easy and very relaxed. We are now looking forward to receiving our sofa and side tables which we hope will be met with a 5* rating too.

Pratts is great store to wonder round, with a huge range of products Salespeople are not pushy but are available if you need them During our recent visit Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made our choice of purchase very easy

Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. We were browsing for a dining table and chairs with sideboard. He did not pester us or pressure us into a purchase. Instead he simply clarified all different options and styles which made the whole experience easy and pleasant. And we got a good discount! Well done

Bought a new mattress today with the help of salesperson Lynn. She was extremely knowledgeable, really helpful, not pushy and a joy to interact with. The mattress we thought was the right one for us when looking on the website, was actually not. With Lynn's help and advice we chose the right one and are extremely happy. Thank you Lynn.

We bought a suite from this company, unfortunately it wasn't up to standard. After flagging the problems with them, the service and response from them was OUTSTANDING! Couldn't have asked for better service anywhere, we were then asked to choose another suite, which we have and thanks to Tams,Chris and Andy, for their patience and expert guidance another suite ordered. Would defintely recommend them.

We visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds hoping to find a sofa suite. We were replacing the old one that we actually bought from the same shop. On arrival staff were very friendly and helpful and told us to feel free to have a look around and shout when we needed help. There was no pressure or hard salesmanship. When we finally found the sofa that we wanted on 1st floor, we were assisted by Richard. He made us to feel at ease and looked at different options for us. He even made us tea and biscuits. I would recommend Christopher Pratts to anyone who needs good quality, stylish furniture. We are only changing ours after 14 years & is still going strong because we want something brighter this time..

We bought a carpet and suite from Christopher Pratts. When we had our carpet fitted by Gary and colleague (sorry forgotten name) on Monday, both were friendly and efficient, excellent job. The following day, we had our suite delivered by Paul and Wayne. Again both friendly, introduced themselves and took care when entering our home by removing their shoes and placing the furniture where we asked them to do so.

Richard Sanderson, Sales Man at Christopher Pratts was very knowledgeable when we were choosing our new leather suite. He was not pushy as some sales staff are and he guided us through the process.

All the staff here were very friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by Anna who was brilliant. I went into the store to purchase sofas and Anna took time in showing me all the options in terms of fabrics, styles, guarantees etc. She was extremely helpful and wanted to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. I have purchased items at Christopher Pratts in the past and this is most certainly my go to place furniture.

It’s taken a couple of visits to decide on our purchase - both really positive. Left alone to have a good look around. Both Josh and Chris were really helpful and knowledgeable about the stock. Very easy ordering process. This is the second purchase from Christopher Pratt’s and I’ve no doubt we will be back!!

Was greeted warmly on entry to the store by Chris Barrowclough. Great service throughout our visit, answering any questions that we had. Gave really helpful advice and was there if we needed any help or information, but we were also left on our own to look around at our leisure, which is something that I love.
