He made the process very simple and straightforward. Very grateful to him and we can't wait for it to arrive. Pratt's has such a great choice of quality furniture.

Our chairs were delivered on time and the two men who brought them were very good and set them up for me and we’re going to take away the wrapping but I asked if I could keep it for future use.

Second time we have bought from Pratts, no pressure salespeople David J initially helped us identify a corner group that would fit nicely gave us advice and guidance on the fabrics, we went to lots of different furniture shops and nobody competed with the value and service. When we returned The store manager Tamsyn took our order and ensured the sale went to David J who was on holiday. She was lovely and helped us pick out the colours as we were not sure, thanks top service hassle free.

What a pleasant change not to be hounded by salespeople as soon as you walk through the door. When we did need advice, David J could not have been more helpful. I will certainly be recommending Christopher Pratts to friends and family - what a great store.

We were served by Richard when looking for a dining table and chairs, who was really excellent. Polite, friendly and not at all pushy, with a full understanding of the product range. First class !

We visited the store in Leeds 13/10/24 Looking for dining room table & chairs. We were met by Chris saying if we needed help with anything to give him a shout. After looking round we found what we were looking for & Chris helped us with the order and explained delivery etc to us. We also purchased a new mattress from Lynne upstairs who also was very knowledgable and helpful & dealt with the order swiftly.

Excellent customer service. Second time customers of Pratts having previously bought a 3 seater sofa and more recently the matching 2 seater. Andy looked after us on both occasions and was a pleasure to deal with. The 3 seater sofa would not fit through the doorways of our previous property so Andy arranged for the sofa arms to be removed and then reupholstered once put back together in the livingroom. He went above and beyond to help us and again when we moved house repeated the operation for a minimal charge. Would definitely recommend Pratts and will be back again in the future.

When I was looking at a chair Christopher asked if I needed help, told me there might be a 5 month wait for it, but then rang to find out that one would be available earlier. He was very helpful and informative.

We experienced great service from Dale during our recent visit. He was helpful, efficient, patient and attentive whilst not being pushy. We were in the store for a considerable period of time and all the staff offered help without us feeling under pressure. As homeware and furniture seems to be increasingly sold on line it’s so good to have a shop; to browse and see products properly.
