The staff were good, in particular Anna and Ann. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and amazing. Anna went above and beyond and helped me to settle my son. They helped me taking my shopping to the car and safely put it in. Thank you for a wonderful service, I will call again.

Visited Christopher Pratts after browsing the usual big high street sellers. Happy to say the experience was far more pleasant than the others. Chris approached us and asked if we wanted any help. Yes we did as we couldn’t find the sizes we wanted in the styles we liked. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with no hard sell. We eventually made our minds up what we wanted. He covered everything we needed to know about warranty and care. Andy also had some friendly helpful banter and input. Simon showed us the way out when we were looking for the lift. What a friendly set of salesmen. Unable to review the furniture as yet because not due until after Christmas. Thanks guys. Will definitely return if we need more furnishings.

I was grateful that you had abundant parking spaces even though you are located in the centre of town. There are many goods on display hence a wide selection is available. I was attended to by Chris Barrowclough who was very helpful and showed that he knows your products well and I was able to choose a chair to my satisfaction based on his advice. My only misgiving is that I was told my recliner would be ready for delivery in eight weeks; however, your email of 7th November states that I can expect it at the start of February; about four weeks longer.

We bought a side table and we saw Andy Aylesbury who was very kind and helpful.

From start to finish Lisa Berry was excellent. There was no pressure on us to buy. Very professional service would highly recommend this company.

Buying a mattress is a minefield but Lynn made it as easy as possible. She explained clearly which mattresses needed turning and why, the difference the base makes, what the different brands cater for and many other considerations. We would have been pretty flummoxed without her help.

Great Assistance from Anne in CP We wanted to buy a sofa to blend in with a sofa we'd bought several years ago from CP. The actual fabric was no longer available. Anne was very knowledgeable about available fabrics that would blend in, made sure that we got the same frame design as we already had, and that we chose the right size for the room. She was really helpful and a pleasure to work all this out with.

Purchasing a sofa and armchair from Christopher Pratts was a very enjoyable experience, as their product range is extensive and everything is very well displayed. The coffee is not bad either! Many thanks to Anna for her help and good advice …

Have purchased a mattress this afternoon. We were assisted by David T who was friendly and knowledgeable, without being intrusive. He provided us with the information we needed, then left us to try out various models, having explained the differences between them. Without his expertise it would not have been so easy to make a confident choice. This experience today reaffirms why we are returning customers.

Bought our Marty sofa in Nov 2022. Had nothing but trouble. The fabric has bobbled and made the sofa look really old and worn- even after the first few months this was an issue. We told Pratts & they sent someone to look at it- as a good will gesture someone came to de bobble it. However now it has been debobbled the fabric underneath is all frayed and looks really bad. Some parts have even now come away and threads have come loose. Whats the most disappointing thing- Christopher Pratts are saying ‘this is just the nature of the material’ - I cannot understand why they are selling sofas with this material if it’s known to be a poor material. Or surely they could at least put in the description of the sofa ‘will only look good for a month because the fabric we use is known to bobble and not look good’. Another thing we’ve been told is the material doesn't do well with touching other materials? So… we can’t wear clothes on this sofa? It’s just crazy. I’m so disappointed because we had a great experience with this company prior to receiving the item. And their offer to de bobble was appreciated however we are still highly dissatisfied with the product & outcome. I wanted to do a review so that if anyone was considering ordering a sofa from this company they might think again. We wasted almost 3K on a sofa that’s lasted not even 2 years. Avoid avoid avoid!

Very professional and friendly person, he explained everything about our sofas and was able to answer any questions we asked.

We were looking for a new king size bed and mattress and finding it quite bewildering online, My son recommended Christopher Pratts as he received excellent advice a few years ago while buying their new bed. We were most impressed by our experience at Christopher Pratts! Simon Morris was our sales advisor and he listened carefully to our needs and wants, before suggesting several different options to try. There was never any pressure to buy any particular item and Simon was very patient as we considered everything we had seen and tried. The next day we returned to complete our purchase and again Simon was able to offer us a good deal on what we had chosen. We also look at recliner chairs while we were at this superb retailer and Richard was equally as helpful. Overall this was the best shopping experience that my wife and I have had in many years. After visiting other sofa retailers we decided to try Christopher Pratts ,what a difference ! We were left to browse without pressure and then helped by David Johnson ,who was great .We are limited on space so David advised us on what size sofas would fit !He was so knowledgable and patient , the sofa we chose had a large selection of fabrics and colours and a reasonable price ,Will definitely recommend t Christopher Pratts to friends and family

Looking for a 2 seater sofa, the showroom had a great selection (more than expected after looking on the website), staff left us alone to browse, which was welcome, but when we were ready Lisa was knowledgeable and very helpful. Not got my sofa yet, but I have been kept informed regularly of the delivery date etc, so expect all to go well! Will definitely shop here again.
