Fabulous selection of furniture, we wanted a swivel chair and they had lots to choose from. Chris and Richard talked us through the options, they had detailed knowledge of the products, but there was no hard selling, they gave us the info we needed and then left us to weigh up the options. Good guarantees, so we'll probably not be back in a hurry

This is the second time in the space of a month that we have been to see Andy Aylesbury to help us with a new purchase! His attention to detail is fabulous and no doubt we will be back again soon to buy more items for our new place.

This store still retains a very personal and non-pushy approach to its potential customers. We visited a second time and could not believe Craig remembered our surname! We were well advised by Craig and able to view many sofas in the Leeds store where consideration was given to our overall likes and dislikes before choosing the best option for our space. We had multiple swatches sent to our home address to help with colour and texture choices, again very personal and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend this store based on our overall experience. Our sofa is due in January and I have no doubt the service and quality promised will be delivered. Thank You

Pratts have an amazing selection of furniture . Always great service . Thanks Chris for helping us to select the nest of tables to go with our other furniture . No matter how big or small nothing is ever too much trouble for your customers.

We ordered a new couch and chair, the salesman David Johnson went through several cloth samples with us we finally picked the material we wanted and ordered, a few days later David rang us to tell us the material we had chosen was no longer available, we went back into store and picked a new material. David kept us up to date with everything. We had a call from the delivery team when it was ready who kept it in warehouse until we had finished decorating and then arranged to deliver to us. The guys fetched it into house put it in place for us and unpacked it for us and took away all the packaging. We are very pleased with our new furniture and can highly recommend Christopher Pratts. A big thank you to all involved.

I have visited Christoper Pratts Leeds a number of times and just recently was there on the 4th November When I ordered a bed helped by Simon Morris I also looked at dining tables and chairs and was helped by David Tolchard I have Stressless lounge furniture and Counter Top Stools still to be delivered that I purchased with the help of Dale Williamson Although I havent had the pleasure of purchasing anything yet wth the help of Chris Barrowclough I always look forward to catching up with him he always makes sure that I am Ok and puts me in the right direction Its a pleasure to spend time with Christopher Pratts employees The proffesionalism friendly caring attention of all the people I have mentioned is a credit to Christopher Pratts-A business is only as good as the employees that support it in my opinion and Christopher Pratts people really does look after their Customers and the Business I wouldnt dream of purchasing from elswhere! Well done to them all!

Andy,Julie and Josh were all very welcoming, helpful, polite,explained everything. There were problems with the finance paperwork and sending stuff through they bent over backwards to sort things out we were there for approx 3 and a half hours they were tenacious in making sure was OK,Andy explained all about the Stressless chairs and Settees Julie and Josh were good explaining payments etc. All in all a very positive experience thank you to the staff at leeds regent street branch would go there again (if only for the entertaining staff)Well done all of you

The way I was looked after and respected Andy, Julie and Josh were really attentive to what I wanted and bent over backwards to accommodate me taking me through all aspects and making it easy I would certainly come again

Travelled to CP from Sheffield to see range of living room sofas and chairs. We had an idea in mind but were open to suggestions. Anna very helpful without being overbearing and we were in the store a long time weighing up the options. Very pleased with outcome and looking forward to getting our new furniture.

Exceptionally good service throughout offered by Anna in store at Leeds. Anna is both thorough and knowledgeable. We made our purchase after comparing to many furniture retailers. None came close to Pratts very competitive prices for the identical item, and it also is delivered free of charge. This is our first ever visit and I can highly recommend this company. Large showroom. Parking onsite, but you need to park in the red boxes which are reserved for Pratts and are free.

Bought our last suite from Christopher Pratts in 2008! and it’s still going strong, Decided we need a new one as we are moving homes went back to the same store in Leeds on Saturday and just as it was all those years ago the staff was excellent so helpful and nothing too much trouble Anna & Tamryn were absolute stars they were both so so friendly & helpful needless to say we have purchased once again,

Visited the store this week in search of a mattress. We were fortunate enough to meet salesperson David Tolchard who was unbelievably helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. In the end we made a purchase based on his advice and guidance. We visited a number of other retailers but nothing came close to the quality of service provided by David. He was a very impressive young man who cared about his work and how he represented his product and company. Thank you.

We were shown plenty of beds and Simon told us everything we needed to know about different types of mattresses and firmness. Selection was great and we were not pushed into buying something we didn’t want ( which does happen at other bed stores when they want your business.) A great place to visit and we look forward to our new purchase. Thank you Simon for all your help. It was appreciated.

The customer service at Christopher Pratts has been incredible from beginning to end. Tamsyn, store manager, Andy & Craig have all been amazing. Frida and Ann re payment/delivery so efficient and friendly too Superb prices throughout the store. We would highly recommend the company without hesitation.
