What made our experience great. Lisa Berry. She was helpful and courteous and when the two sofas we thought we liked, looking online, both proved to be too deep in the seat, her knowledge of the stock enabled her to show us viable alternatives. We had plenty of time to just sit and enjoy the sofa of our choice, no rush. We were offered refreshments. She arranged for fabric samples to be sent to our house. On our return to purchase, she guided us through the various options of cushion fillings and if we required an alternate pattern on the reverse of the cushions, feet colours and if we wanted castors or plain feet. Also, she explained very clearly what would happen going forward and that if, when delivery time came, we were not quite ready, there would be no pressure to take delivery. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. When we asked about a small chair, suitable for an office, she very patiently trawled the store with us. The store has a large car park to the rear and there is also a pay and display car park alongside, should you wish to make a day of it in Leeds. The store also welcomes dogs.

David Johnson welcomed us to the store and made every effort to ensure that our requirements were met over the course of several visits. His knowledge of the furniture ranges helped us to reach a decision on our choice. Later Craig assisted the processing of our order. Thank you to both.

Our sales person, Chris Barrowclough was, put quite simply, brilliant. He provided all the information we needed, gave us very welcome hot drinks, and left us to sit very comfortably, gave us time and space to decide, and meticulously took down our order. As a former prestige furniture store manager, I simply cannot fault him. He is a credit and asset to Christopher Pratts.

Most definitely worth the 50 mile round journey to visit this most amazing furniture store. We actually found what we wanted fairly quickly into our visit helped expertly by Dale Williamson but couldn’t resist looking at the beautiful selection of furniture while there. Our sofas are now with us and we are delighted with them and have even ordered another piece to compliment them. Delivery was excellent a bit before scheduled date which was great and the men were professional, very helpful and friendly. From start to finish a great quality of service . Highly recommended.

David Johnson was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Was very poliet and enthusiastic with customer service. Very witty and was very helpful with with sale.

Duncan and David have been wonderful in helping me with my sofa. Duncan asked what my likes and dislikes when it came to sofas and showed me the wide range in the shop for me to pick from. Both Duncan and David went through my options of fabric and the upgrades of cushions. Roll on delivery 😊

Fantastic level of service - David Tolchard was amazing with us in the showroom and went over and above. So much so we recommended him to our family and they have since purchased also. We were kept up to date with our order and delivery. The delivery crew went out of their way for us and were a real credit to the company. A very happy customer thank you.

The Sale Assistant Dale Williamson from the Leeds store provided excellent customer service breaking down the different types of leather sofas for our needs. When we selected our sofas, he was informative about payment structures, delivery dates and keeps in regular communication.

We’ve just been to Christopher Pratts in Leeds. It’s a great place to shop, layer out spaciously and lots of stock to see. Simon looked after us very well. We had plenty of opportunity to try the beds and he gave us alternatives to think about.

Andy Aylesbury, the department's staff member, was extremely helpful with his advice. He encouraged me to try out different Stressless models and sizes (plus a similar chair of a different brand) explaining the differences between them. When I commented that I could do with trying a chair over a longer time, he said I could stay there all day if I liked - and even brought me a cup of tea, whilst I sat and relaxed. I feel I had time to make a good choice, refining what I'd had in mind when I first arrived. He was knowledgeable and managed a good balance of giving me help and leaving me alone to think and ponder. Great customer service. Thank you.

We are regular customers of C Pratts in Leeds and on this occasion, as usual we were met with friendly and helpful service. We wanted to buy a sofa and a couple of easy chairs. The friendly helpful staff member Craig, showed us many of the options for shape, size and materials. He also brought samples of carpets over to see what we thought of suitable floor coverings to go with the chairs. We bought a settee and went back a few days later and bought 2 chairs, helped again by the same friendly helpful Craig.

Felt no pressure looking around just helpful comments from the staff. When we asked for help Andy Aylesbury new his stuff so we felt confident in our purchase. Plus its a lovely store to look around..loads of choice..

We were very impressed this week when we came to choose a new sofa. The sales guy downstairs was helpful but not pushy and likewise Andy upstairs was the same. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and was very careful with double checking the configuration and measurements. Can’t recommend Andy and the company highly enough. Thank you!
