Fantastic shop and service. Chris Barrowclough was so helpful but not the least bit pushy. Ended up buying 3 sofas and 2 Accent chairs from their extensive selection. Customer service great and delivered by two really helpful and considerate delivery guys within 6 weeks of ordering. I would always go straight here for other furniture purchases - quality and service much better than other sofa shops and prices are very comparable.

Just bought the perfect compact dining table after trawling through SO many furniture stores. We thought we would have to go ‘bespoke’ then spotted the perfect compact solution for two to four diners as we were heading for the exit. Came very reasonably priced in oak with original bucket style chairs. Well done Christopher Pratts for being the only retailer to cater for the smaller dining room with a top quality product. And many thanks to Anna for sorting our order in such a friendly and efficient manner.

Excellent helpful advice without being pushy

We like to try before we buy so really great that there is a very large selection of quality furnishings to touch, sit on, measure etc. Very friendly and hassle free environment but when we needed assistance this was immediately forthcoming. David J was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, prices, discounts, delivery dates etc. We were able to successfully purchase what we consider to be very stylish furniture manufactured by Ercol for a very fair price. Copies of all paperwork was promptly sent through plus confirmation that the order had been placed with Ercol and delivery date confirmed. Really nice people to do business with. Thank you

The store was well laid out with lots of good displays . Richard Sanderson greeted us and gave us a warm welcome and was very knowledgeable about the chairs we were looking for - we found exactly what we wanted thanks to Richard ….. we’ll definitely return for other items .

David Tolchard was our salesperson, when buying a new bed recently. He was really helpful & knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. We went back to Pratts because of him, in order to finally buy the bed, even though we could have got one closer to home.

Went into the store to browse sofas and had a very positive experience thanks to Craig Thornton-Fletcher.
