I recently bought a sofa from Christopher Pratts, all the staff were helpful but particularly Lisa Berry who helped me with my purchase. I’ve bought from them previously and it’s always a good experience.

Lynn was excellent and showed us just what we wanted.

We were looking for kitchen bar stools and Chris was great. He understood what we wanted and gave us options to help us find our stools. Great service and we found our perfect stools.

I am no great lover of shopping and the thought of sofa shopping on a Saturday afternoon filled me with dread. On arriving at the store, with our living room dimensions in hand and focussed on finding a suitably sized corner sofa, we were met by Duncan. Duncan was absolutely brilliant - he quickly understood our requirements; wasn’t pushy and added great value to our decision making. The purchase was made and we left the store with a real sense of achievement and satisfaction with the process.

We recently bought 2 new sofas for our kitchen at Pratts. We have bought a number of items over the years and we like the wide range of modern styles they have. Andy Aylesbury was brilliant and picked out exactly what we needed. He showed us all the options and styles and was happy for us to spend ages looking at colours. They do not do hard sell and it is an enjoyable buying experience. The sofas turned up earlier than expected. They set them all up and took away all the packaging. They look brilliant in the kitchen. We have been back to buy a coffee table as well. Excellent service and highly recommend. Find Andy and he will sort you out. He lives upstairs!

It's one of the nicest shops we’ve ever visited. We had visited a few places and felt really hounded by sales assistants and a bit let down by the quality. We visited the store and felt really comfortable browsing without being pestered. We were pleasantly surprised at the prices too. David then helped us to select the sofas. There was no pressure at all, and we went home to measure up.  We visited after and purchased our new sofas. We nipped upstairs and also found the perfect mirror. It looks amazing. Sofas arrived very quickly but they kept them in storage for us whilst we complete our house return which was great. After-sales was dealt with by Imelda and she was also brilliant. We visited the Leeds shop yesterday and purchased a new sofa and chairs from Duncan and a new dining suite from Chris. Both were very friendly, informative and patient and gave excellent customer service.

Just the right level of service without pushing a sale and very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Very efficient in the ordering process explaining clearly what the next steps were including the delivery process. Also provided an added finish to the process by advising us that we could buy the chair cloth as a meter sheet for arm covers, which we did. Stephen & Julie
