I was going to place my order online, however I needed information about an item, so I gave them a call and was put through to sales and the gentleman there gave me the information I required and he helped me through my order for a few items of furniture I required. I was extremely pleased with the way he dealt with my order. Will have no hesitation in buying from them again.

We visited to view the Ercol range of bedroom furniture. We were greeted by David (Tolchard) who initially gave us space to look around ourselves before stepping in to help us. He helped inform and advise us on the different types of mattresses and talked through the delivery timescales and furniture care. He was informative and professional. We will return.

Having made numerous purchases over many years we visited Christopher Pratts Leeds store again to purchase a mattress. We saw David Tolchard who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn’t feel rushed. Eventually, after trying most of the mattresses, we decided on one and should take delivery in a few weeks. Been a loyal customer for years but last few purchases have been terrible. Quality poor, faulty products, incorrect ordering of products, customer service dire. Rude managers. I would never purchase from this company again and would not recommend. Shame as it was our go to store!

Andy Aylesbury at Leeds was great. I was a complete nightmare and took hours of his time. Last minute I completely changed my mind on my order. Andy was very patient. Delivery was quick, on time and the delivery guys were friendly.

We visited the Leeds Store last Sunday looking for a corner sofa. We were greeted by Anna who showed us all the corner sofas on display and was very informative and attentive, even making us a coffee and biscuits to enjoy whilst producing our quotes. We looked in other departments in the store and all the staff were very helpful and not pressurising. We placed the order with Anna and found the process seamless. Went into the Leeds store to buy a media unit. The store was not easy to find (due to roadworks) but well worth the visit. The store is set out with lots of displays in a homely setting. Met Andy Aylsebury the salesman who was very helpful in showing us a number of different units and very interested in ensuring he understood what we wanted and how it would fit in our house. We bought a unit and returned the next day to buy a three piece suite. Again Andy was very attentive and helpful and took the time to ensure we chose the furniture that was right for us. It was not a hard sell and was focused on helping us to find the right furniture at the right price. Highly recommended.
