Visited on Tuesday and was looked after by Anna Allsebrook. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to finally choose the sofa and chair we had been looking for. The quality of the products were very good. Nothing was too much trouble for Anna and she went out of her way to help us

I went to buy a new sofa and wanted to buy a corner unit I had a very helpful lady called Anna and she advised me on the units a wanted I had samples to take home to try and making a choice of colour Anna took me round the show room to show me colours on other sofa’s very knowledgeable lady even explaining all about the after care
Simon Morris Assisted us in our purchase of a bed and two times 2 seater settees. He was very friendly and helpful and instructed us on the upkeep of bed and settees. We visited Christopher Pratts in Leeds last Sunday and were looked after by David Johnson. David was knowledgeable and helped us with our decision making. He was patient and even though it was coming to the end of the day we didn’t feel rushed. The selection of furniture at the Leeds store is excellent.
David made our purchase of new dining set very easy. His was helpful, never pushy and was very informative on the availability of stock and the process around buying an ex display table. Overall a real pleasure to deal with and a reminder of what a difference great customer service makes.

I love Christopher Pratts, and have many quality items from them. Dropped in today for some bedroom furniture and was helped by David Tolchard. The most patient man, who let us change our mind several times. What a knowledge and helpful man. He even let me bore him about my love of ercol.
Exceptional service from walking into the store to having our furniture delivered. Anna asked all the right questions to make sure we got what we needed. The delivery guys contacted us regularly and was very helpful making sure our furniture was delivered perfectly. Would and have recommended them already.

I was helped by the lovely Anna when choosing my sofa and footstool. Anna could not have been more helpful, was personable, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Alongside buying the furniture she advised and planned a carpet fitting appointment for after the weekend, ordered sofa fabric samples and advised she would help me when the time came to choose the carpet. When there was a computer glitch Ann came to help and I was contacted promptly when the issue had been resolved. I was so impressed with these staff and the company is lucky to have them.
We were looking for a new sofa. Chris listened to our initial thoughts and pointed us in the direction of a sofa we ended up ordering. He was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and very helpful. We made several visits to the store and each time he was happy to help us.Thank you, Chris!
First class service from Simon at the Leeds store. We visited Pratts to test mattresses after researching online. Simon’s extensive knowledge helped us quickly narrow down what would be suitable and we tested various types of mattresses in store. Nothing was too much trouble for Simon, taking his time to demonstrate how different pillows would feel and the benefits of each one. We never felt pressured to buy and Simon gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We purchased our new mattress and pillows with complete confidence. Thank you Simon!
We wanted a compact, glass topped coffee table and found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. As always the staff at Pratts are particularly helpful and David Tolchard was no exception, clearly explaining the ordering process and when the table would arrive. He has continued to provide updates regarding the order's progress.

Staff very knowledgable about the products they sell. Able to be very flexible and personalise their advice to my own circumstances. Nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Outstanding service! Generally I don't particularly like sales men but David was an absolute joy from the moment we walked into the store. He is very knowledgeable & friendly without being pushy & we felt we had his undivided attention the whole time we were there. My husband and I had only gone into the store to browse & we left with a suite & side tables. We will definitely go back there for anything else we require in the future.

Today we ordered our new 3 seater Tivoli sofa at Christopher Pratts on Regent Street, Leeds. We had previously been round all the usual sofa places - SCS, DFS, Sofology, Barker Stonehouse, IKEA - some have a surprisingly poor choice of materials (DFS) once you have found a sofa style that you like. Absolutely not the case at Christopher Pratts - so much choice its so refreshing. We liked the Rivoli sofa the best - took us quite a while to choose the fabric though there were literally several large books of fabric swatches to choose from and some really nice quality fabrics at no extra cost. DFS - you should come here + see how its done for the same price that you charge! Its a huge showroom so much on display + free parking whilst you're in the store + the staff more than happy to make you a cuppa. Yes the staff at Christopher Pratts are superb - so helpful + nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Anna - so very helpful + knowledgable offering us her thoughts on fabrics + giving us a steer in the right direction about what colours would work best - yes we were sat there with bits of our wallpaper + carpet that we had taken with us - so pleased with our final choices with the fabric for the sofa + then our choices for the bolsters + scatter cushions - thank you so much we will be back without hesitation when we need furniture, carpet or lighting again.
