After browsing around the store we were assisted by Andy Aylesbury who was very knowledgeable and amiable. Having worked in sales for most of my life I am often put off by obvious sales tactics. This was not the case with Andy who had a relaxed approach which suited our needs and helped us to make an informed decision on our purchase. Thankyou Andy.

All staff are friendly and helpful. We were looked after by Craig who delivered a great customer experience. Never pushy but spent lots of time guiding us in the direction of the options to consider and leaving us free to try out all the sofas but always on hand to help.

Visited the store today to get a new bed. Server again by David Tolchard who once again looked after us so well. He has a fabulous approach to customers and has tremendous product knowledge. It is the second bed we have got from David and would recommend him to anyone. We left with the item we wanted and there was no hard sell or pressure. Thanks David again.

Lisa at the Leeds store was very helpful, patient and answered all our questions. She was easy to deal with, made us feel welcome and was not "pushy" at all.

Return visit for another chair. Duncan was really helpful, answered all the questions and and helped us with some new leather samples which were a great match for what we wanted. My husband hates shopping but even he found the experience pleasant!

We visited Christopher Pratts twice looking for furniture & on both occasions David Johnson helped us with his knowledge but without us feeling any pressure. There is a very good range of furniture to choose from & we did ultimately buy. Overall a very good shopping experience.

We visited the furniture store on Regent Street in Leeds today with no fixed ideas of buying today but just starting the search. We ended up coming away having ordered a lovely sofa. It's a lovely store with loads of choice. Chris's approach was just right. Gave us info then left us to think. We have visited today to look at carpets and to purchase a new bed. Appreciated having a car park and were very happy with the service we received in both departments. We had previously visited the bed dept and been served by Lynn and we returned today to make a purchase - salesperson Simon. In both departments we were helped when we needed help but also left to browse and make a decision. All the sales staff were knowledgeable and gave us useful information.

This was our first visit to Christopher Pratts in Leeds. Parking was easy in the large private car park. We were welcomed with an offer of coffee and then left alone to wander round the enormous store. Plenty of different styles to choose from. Once we had seen a settee and chair that we liked, we were given all the information we needed regarding different fabrics and leathers by Richard, who was obviously very knowledgeable and helpful, but not in any way pushy. We were allowed to take away some leather samples and returned the next day to make our decision and complete our purchase. We would definitely recommend Christopher Pratts to anyone who wants a stress free shopping experience.

We went into Christopher Pratts with an idea of what we wanted, but we’re not sure. Richard was truly excellent with his advice and knowledge of the Fama range. On our first visit to see what was available, He asked us questions and showed us a variety of options. He then showed us how to use the simulator to get an idea of different fabric options. We went away and came back with a few options and he helped us with his extensive knowledge of the fabrics. Ordering was a quick and easy process! And Richard was realistic about delivery times which is always a bonus. Can’t wait to see the final result.

The choice of furniture was very extensive, we were almost spoilt for choice. All the floor staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. The 2 salesmen we dealt with in more detail were extremely helpful and clear about pricing and delivery dates etc. (Richard Sanderson and David Johnson). We appreciated the offer of a coffee when we sat down with Richard to finalise our order. We have received appropriate updates since then.

It was a straight forward purchase. No fuss. Hoping now for a smooth delivery of our sofa which is in 14 weeks’ time with no hassles or problems like many times in the past, the reason why we always choose Christopher Pratts for our house furniture. Craig has been brilliant. I got my £200 vouchers over the phone saving me from driving back there to get my discount. Thank you.🤩

We’ve just ordered 2 sofas with Duncan, having been back and forth 3 times (twice just before closing!) and Duncan and the team have been so helpful. Duncan sat with us through all our indecision and back-and-forth until we finally were settled on 2 sofas we’re sure we will love. All the staff have great knowledge of the products in store and are more than happy to help. We have bought from Christopher Pratt’s before and are sure we will be back again.

Just had my new carpets fitted from Pratts what a great service from start to finish. Thanks to Josh for sorting everything out for us really appreciate your time with us. I keep returning to Pratts as the service provider is always great. Josh arranged our carpet fitter Glen and I couldn’t have been more pleased with his work on a rather difficult staircase he did a great job - thanks again Pratts

From stepping foot into the shop to the arrival of new sofas the whole experience was pleasant and went smoothly. Highly recommend Pratts - particularly Lisa in the Leeds shop who kept us upto date with dates for our sofas in a timely fashion and was very helpful when deciding on our sofas. Also the delivery was able to be arranged to a day of my choosing, the delivery men were friendly, efficient and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pratts.
