I dealt with Chris (one of the friendly sales staff), and it was a pleasure dealing with him, nothing was too much trouble and he negotiated a very fair price resembling value for money. She took time to understand our current sleeping arrangements i.e., not sleeping on a sprung base which potentially saved us purchasing a mattress that would have made no difference to our comfort and ability to have a good nights rest. Visited Boxing Day to view sale. After looking around we started to engage with Duncan regarding living room furniture,we sat down with Duncan who kindly offered us a drink of coffee, we settled for water,we went through what our choices were, Duncan kindly offered us some discounts with the sale vouchers, We asked Duncan to give us sometime to chat between ourselves, Duncan left us to chst however was always there to answer any questions we had,
After making a purchase of Duresta sofas 12 months ago in store, I telephoned to add to our collection. Anna Allsebrook who we dealt with previously in store called me back & once again gave outstanding customer service. Cannot recommend this lady highly enough. Called in today to browse & were very impressed by the extensive choice & the quality of the service provided by Anna who was very knowledgeable & gave excellent interior design advice. Craig welcomed us back to the store and spent quite a lot of time with us helping to find the various items we were looking for. He is a credit to the store.
The Salesman, Craig was very helpful, explaining all the options that were available to us and even more importantly he recommended that we try sitting on the various suites that were on display, in order for us to be fully satisfied with the posture and the way we would be sitting when we got our new suite. We were very satisfied with Craig’s manner and the way in which he conducted himself.
Ordered a wardrobe and bed from Pratts Leeds branch. Nothing was too much trouble for sales advisor Simon Morris. He spent 2 hrs with us, patiently designing our Nolte wardrobe and talking us through all our options. We have purchased from Pratts before and have never had a problem. We would definitely buy from Pratts again.
