We visited the Leeds store today and were served by Dale Williamson. The service we received was excellent - Dale was extremely helpful and very knowledge. He was on hand to answer any questions we had but he also gave us space to make our decision without putting any pressure on us. All round excellent service from Dale Williamson - would highly recommend!

We recently bought a suite and an occasional chair from Christopher Pratts . We are return customers and again we’re not disappointed . The service from our sales advisor Craig Thornton Fletcher was brilliant . He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us really helpful advice whilst we were making our choice . Lynn is amazing! I have been looking for a new mattress for over a year but didn’t know where to begin. I have visited numerous shops/stores and come out empty handed 😕 However I met Lynn wow what a lady! Customer service and expertise and years of knowledge I felt comfortable with her so much I bought a new mattress and bed for my son x No hard sell just felt comfortable and trusted her so much! So much so I sent my 20 year old son and his girlfriend to the store and they were looked after by Lynn x They both spoke to me on FaceTime and another sale was sold! Just shows you having a Lynn in the store is what they need x thank you so much for all of your valuable time and looking after my son I really appreciate it 5 stars for Lynn x I would never go anywhere else now she’s a super star 🌟 who really cares about you as a person xx genuine lady x

We called into the Leeds store today and had the pleasure of being attended to by Chris. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the sofas we were looking at. If he didn’t know the answer to one of our questions, consulted with a colleague to make sure we had all the information we needed. We bought 2 sofas and he did us a great deal. We would highly recommend to seek out Chris to help you with any any purchase.

I've bought from Christopher Pratts over a number of years and the choice of products and service have always been very good and would thoroughly recommend using them. Richard was very attentive and informative for our first visit to Christopher Pratts. We’ve been looking for the right sofa for around 18 months and Richard helped us to make a decision. He shared us options for adaptations to the one we liked. We decided to order the sofa and Richard explained all maintenance of the leather we had chosen. We can’t wait for our sofa to arrive. It’s going to be a long 16 weeks! We were recommended this place by family and I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to visit this place. They offer 0% finance options for 6-36months with a 20% deposit. We will definitely be returning as we will eventually be wanting a dining table and chairs.

recently went onto christopher pratts to purchase a leather sofa... Dale Williamson was our sales assistant who guided us with his knowledge. He was patient and attentive. He was very professional at all times and went beyond expectations to help us.

We just purchased our second sofas from Christopher Pratts this year and again were very happy with the service we received in store. Craig was really friendly and informative without been overbearing! He was on hand to explain which fabrics and other options were available to us and clearly knew the products well. Lynn was absolutely superb, explained in detail the various options of the mattresses, bases and headboards. Answered all our questions clearly and precisely. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Our son recommended us to her as they've purchased from her in the past. We are so pleased he did. Excellent service throughout, we have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Pratts and especially one of its members of staff Lynn, who went above and beyond. She is a definite asset to this company.

Visited the Leeds Christopher Pratts store today we bought a couple of fabulous mirrors in the sale and had the most helpful member of staff what a genuinely lovely guy we will be back again soon great store with a wonderful team of staff as well as fantastic furniture

Great customer service from Craig Thornton-Fletcher, and best price products. Craig willingly and helpfully showed me various set ups of the furniture I was interested in, happily moving chairs around, extending tables etc, showing me the options, measuring set ups etc. Super!

Just called in today to look at sofas and chairs and was impressed by the amount of furniture, lights and carpets they have on display. Lisa the sales person looked after me and my wife very well and showed us plenty of different covering options. We finally made a choice and came out very happy after purchasing 2 sofas and a chair. Will be back in soon to look at coffee tables and floor coverings.
