It is always a pleasure to visit Christopher Pratts. The staff leave you to wander around but are always there to help if needed. Chris was a great help when we were choosing a dining table and chairs - friendly, polite and knowledgeable - and made us feel valued customers.

We don't like to be dived on as soon as we enter a shop & we weren't when we visited the Leeds shop. Chris was incredibly helpful without being pushy and gave us the time to consider our options which is why we ordered our new sofa on the same day. Hopefully the wait time and delivery etc will be as positive as our showroom experience

As always Pratts offer 1st class furniture. It may not be cheap but the quality is outstanding. We where looking for a particular piece of furniture and David Johnson went out of his way to show us our options. We have used Pratts several times and not once has any sales representative put us under any pressure to buy. We will definitely use Pratts again and tell friends and family to use them too.

I returned to Christopher Pratts to buy a new sofa. The store has the same large car park, good selection of quality furniture and helpful staff that I remembered from years ago.

Visited Christopher Pratts for a new leather sofa.What a massive variety to choose from.Want to say a massive thankyou to Andy Aylesbury who helped us choose our sofa.He was so helpful, happy to take us around as many sofa's as we wanted and was kind and patient throughout. I can truly say it was one of the most informative and pleasurable experiences of buying a sofa I have ever had! Andy made the process effortless! Will certainly be going again and have already recommended them to family and friends. Amazing!

Having visited the store just after Xmas, we returned on New Year’s Day for another look around. Having already seen a dining table and chairs on the 1st visit, we went ahead with the purchase, dealing with David Johnson. He was very helpful, courteous and explained every part of the ordering process clearly to us.

I received excellent customer service. David Johnson was fantastic. He gave me a lot of help when choosing the right sofas and colour. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and had a lot of patience. A couple of months prior, I also bought a desk and was served by a lovely lady called Lisa who also provided excellent customer service! The delivery men were polite, friendly and took great care when entering my property. Excellent service all round. My new sofas are beautiful too!

All the staff we saw were welcoming and friendly. We were shown a selection of beds by David T. He explained what was available and was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses. There was no pressure and he spent a good amount of time with us and then allowed us time on our own to make up our minds. It was a pleasant experience and we will certainly return to the store.

We came in to try out the Stressless chairs for my elderly Father who has severe back and neck pain. We were fortunate to be served by Dale who spent a long time with us, allowing my Father to test out all the models and take his time choosing the best fit for him. Dale’s patience, knowledgeable advice and kindly demeanour made this experience very pleasant and we ordered the best chair for my Father’s needs. Thank you Dale.

Needing bedroom furniture I was very pleased to go to Pratts for this. The shop has an extensive range and it's lovely to see things so clearly laid out. Simon was very helpful and informative. He was on hand but not intrusive while I was looking for things (which I prefer). As soon as I had identified what I needed he came over and was very helpful ensuring I got the benefit of all special offers and sale pricing. Simon was very efficient in dealing with the transaction and clear on the care requirements for the furniture and delivery schedule.
