Relaxed approach, Craig let us take our time to look around, but was on hand to assist as and when we had any questions Happy to allow us to order 'in principle' while we went home and checked measurements and also material choice in the room, but also to let us pick up the best offers.

Looked for ages for the perfect corner sofa but the one preferred was too big. David Johnson checked we were ok. He discussed other options for the same sofa giving us lots of advice.which we eventually went with. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy which makes the experience so much better. Thanks for all your help David.

We are buying a corner suite settee and carpets. Chris Barrowclough was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable. He put us at ease to ask questions, which he answered and gave us the time to make our decisions. We had visited several other furniture stores, but could not see anything to match the quality and price of three suites we had already seen in Christopher Pratts. Following our visit in June 2024 when we purchased six dining chairs and two breakfast stools we decided to visit again to look at purchasing a table and mattress. Having travelled 40 miles from Rotherham we were once again greeted by Craig who we had dealt with before. Once again he was friendly and very helpful in suggesting the type of table to suit our dining chairs. Having purchased a table we were then passed onto Tamsyn who helped us find a suitable mattress. We were allowed to test the mattresses and eventually decided on one. Once again Tasmyn showed the same friendliness and assistance as Craig . Whilst doing the paperwork we were offered a coffee/tea and a biscuit which was very nice. We would not hesitate to travel again if we needed to look at any further purchases
