Visited Christopher Pratts looking for a new sofa, Excellent service from sales adviser David Johnson. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Lisa Berry downstairs, where we has established what we wanted! We had time to kill so then went upstairs where we ‘veered off our path ‘with the help of Dale Williamson who sold us over £8000 of beautiful furniture that we didn’t know we needed! He was incredible helpful , demonstrative and informative. What a great store, never been in it before but will certainly return!

Spoke to Craig because having trouble placing my order online. He was very helpful and did it for me even saving me money by adding a discount I was entitled to but knew nothing about.

Particularly liked the relaxed approach, which is a refreshing change from most furniture shops where you get pestered 10 times within the first 5 minutes, I was left to browse and ask for help when I needed it with no pressure at all. Very wide range of products and styles to suit any taste. Dale Williamson helped me with my purchase and was attentive listening to what I was looking for and the access issues I needed to be able to overcome and carefully pointed out sofas to meet my requirements with no pressure to buy anything. He was very patient and knowledgeable helping me choose the right leather for my lifestyle and suggesting colours in the scheme I’d chosen. Very happy with my experience and can’t wait to get my new sofa and chair. 13 weeks to go and counting! 🙂

The sales man ,David Johnson looked after us, and did a great job , very knowledgeable .I like shopping at Pratts, it's a no pressure sales environment. With a great range of stock at a fair price ,(if you can't find a sofa you like here , you never will). Ok it was three visits to nail down the sofa we wanted, but like i said before it was no problem, for David . The location is very convenient, and free parking . Ps the other half says the hot chocolate was nice

Purchased other furniture and carpets from here due to excellent service and choice. I had no worries in returning. I had a look around, then was approached by David Johnson who from asking if he could help to the final sale, I felt that he was someone who cared and provided excellent service, along with suitable recommendations to meet my requirements. Also advised of special promotions to make my purchase even better. I just wish everywhere had the same levels of service. Thank you once again and I will return when I need other furniture.

We had a look around the range of dining chairs and were helped by Richard. Once we found the chairs we liked he explained all about them and showed us the various samples and left us to choose in our own time with no pressure. Ordered and deposit paid. Thank you Richard.

We've bought items from Pratts over several years and always had good service and quality products. Buying a mattress this time was an excellent value deal in their Boxing Day sale. The sales-person Lynn was clearly an expert professional, knowledgeable and helpful, making our buying experience a positive one.

Such a well laid out, comfortable store with ample examples of furnishings to view. On our latest visit we were really impressed with the product knowledge, professional approach and friendliness of Dale who successfully guided us the purchase of a chair to compliment the furniture we had purchased on a previous visit.

I walked in to Pratts and within a minute met Duncan who helped me purchase some new kitchen chairs. He then sent me upstairs where David helped me to find new bedroom furniture in my price range. Both Duncan and David were super helpful and very knowledgeable and I am thoroughly pleased with my new acquisitions. Pratts has a magnificent range of all furniture/lighting and it is a joy to browse each time I visit.
