Went there looking for a 3 piece suite no pressure was put on us at all was actually told to go around on our own and take as long as needed in there for a couple of hours until we picked our sofa Duncan Edwards came to see us and was very helpful and very informative so we was very happy with the service from start to finish defiantly will be back even though we had to travel to Leeds from bradford
All staff are extremely helpful, attentive but not pushy, they offer information but then leave you to browse, there is nothing worse than been stalked around a shop when you just want to be left alone.
We recently purchased a sofa from Pratts and we were very impressed by the huge choice on offer and also the keen prices. Also a mention to the excellent service that we received from Duncan. He was knowledgeable, polite and knew when we needed assistance, without being pushy in any way. The after purchase service has also been excellent, keeping us informed on delivery dates etc. I would highly recommend Christopher Pratts, and thanks again to Duncan for your help with our purchase!
Employee downstairs saw that we were interested in sofa beds, showed us the 2 there but sent us quickly to the specific area upstairs where Andy Aylesbury greeted us, checked we were looking at suitable items and left us to look and confer with one-another. Then he came back to show us the mechanism and to indicate the wide choices of different styles available. We returned the next day - having established that Andy would be around to complete the deal, after finalising our choices with his help. We could not have been dealt with more helpfully - never too ever-present or pushy. Well done Christopher Pratt's.

Had previously gone on line to check out sofas and more or less made my mind up .... Found the Pemberley in store and loved it when I sat on it and lounged. A lovely sales Rep Duncan answered my questions and helped me order the size colour and care package .... Which came out just under the advertised price with a voucher. Feel I've purchased a quality product at a keen price 😁
Went to Pratts in Leeds on the 30th December to have a look around for a sofa and recliner chair as we have shopped there before on a couple of occasions.All the staff on arrival were very welcoming and polite as always,on our way round we got to talk to Duncan and we were so glad we did he explained everything to us told to have good look at all the sofas and chairs.We found one we liked and went back to see Duncan and he got us very good deal on the furniture.Thank you Duncan.
We went to the Leeds store to look for a corner sofa, we were not sure in our decision of the many that we saw. We were very kindly helped by a caring and very helpful salesperson called David Johnson who had very good product knowledge of items we viewed, he made us feel very welcome and comfortable and assisted us throughout from viewing to purchase, thank you for your help again David.

Went to Leeds shop on January 2nd to buy a couple of settee’s got them but then we needed a mattress looked over Simon came over explained everything to us then left us alone no pushy sell kept looking in on us answering all over questions finally deciding on the one we wanted thanks Simon would definitely come back to shop there
My mum needed a new bed after realising hers is rather old and tired. We went to Pratts as I’d had good experience with them previously, and found a huge - somewhat bewildering - array of options. Lynn appeared, asking if we’d like advice, which we greatly accepted. She was wonderful: she systematically narrowed down the choice via a series of questions to a manageable handful of options, and talked my mum through what would benefit and suit her best rather than what she thought she wanted. After trying around 5 (of 40+!) my mum found what is the perfect bed for her at a really good price too. I cannot praise Lynn enough for her knowledge, insight, patience (to put up with my attempts at humour) and devotion to getting the right bed for people. She also guided us through the right - and wrong- options and explained everything simply, clearly and logically. I know this sounds like hyperbole but Lynn really did make the whole process painless and, dare I say it, fun?! Wholly recommended.
We went to Christopher Pratts to look at getting a new bed. The sales assistant David Tolchard instantly put us at ease with his extensive knowledgeable about the different products, especially the construction on the types of mattresses available. He was also very accommodating with our 2 young children and had a no pressure sales approach which was refreshing. Overall an enjoyable experience!

We just purchased some Sherborne Keswick armchairs: one riser recliner and one recliner. Lisa, the sales assistant, was very helpful in helping use to understand the range of options available and very patient with us as we worked our way through the various options. I have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Pratts and, indeed, Lisa.

We have used Christopher Pratts several times and have always received a fantastic service. We have just ordered two new sofas where the the service and advice from Richard was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of help choosing the right sofa. Once we made our decision Richard gave us all the information about delivery and after care in great detail. A very pleasant shopping experience and would highly recommend.
