We popped into Pratts after going around all the other sofa stores in the leeds area. Found a sofa at a reasonable price almost immediately which was comfortable and the dimensions worked perfectly for our kitchen/diner area. We received a great service from Tamsyn and came back the next day to purchase. Great range of stock and great service. I would highly recommend.

Visited the store in Leeds on the 11th January, they have an excellent range of furniture to choose from, we needed a new suite and Anna was so helpful and made sure we were aware of all the options we could choose from we have purchased a new suite which was in the sale, so we made a big savings as well.

We bought a new mattress from Christopher Pratts. Simon was extremely knowleagable and helpful in guiding us around the 100 plus mattresses they have in the showroom. Simon talked us through all the options and different brands and helped us choose the best mattress to suit us. Can't wait to take delivery.

David Johnson was very helpful, offering advice without any hard sell. We thought our requirements could not all be met but thanks to him we found exactly what we wanted.

We received great service from Simon, when we ordered a new bed recently. He was very friendly and approachable, and provided extremely helpful advice.

We needed a new recliner sofa and wanted one with lumber and head position adjustment. We were helped by Duncan Edwards who found an ideal one from the large range they have in store. It was really good to have that assistance from someone who knows about the furniture ranges properly. We have always found excellent customer service at Christopher Pratts over many years. Their sale offers are excellent too and it was a fantastic deal.

We visited the Leeds store to browse the extensive range of sofas. Anna was really helpful in narrowing the choice to suit our needs and was knowledgeable in the choice of fabrics. The whole process was an enjoyable experience.

Very good range and choice of 3 piece suites. Competitive pricing. Sales adviser Chris was very knowledgeable. Gave lots of information then left us alone, occassionally touching base to see if we needed any help. Never felt pressurised. After ordering offered furniture on loan until our suite will be delivered. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I visited Pratts in Leeds to look at buying a new bed. I spoke to Lynn who was exceedingly helpful. She spent time asking questions to determine what would be the best type of bed for me. One thing I hate about visiting a lot of furniture retailers is the pressurised sales techniques. My visit here was totally different. Lynn was extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of good information but I was under no pressure to buy. Overall a very enjoyable buying experience and would have no hesitation in recommending Christopher Pratts as the place to go. Particular thanks must go to Lynn for all her help.

We were helped by Lynn, who had a lovely friendly manner. She had a great deal of experience and knowledge of the products. She guided us in choosing the best mattress to suit our requirements. Her help was much appreciated.

Member of staff Chris was very helpful without being pushy

We were looking for a new settee and chair as we get a little older something easier to get out of but we didn’t want an orthopaedic design. We have bought from Christopher Pratt before and it was the first store we visited with the intention of looking for ideas and going to look at other stores. However Pratts choice was extensive and the help and advice given by “Dale “ was very helpful indeed that we felt we didn’t need to go to other stores. We made our choice and was extremely happy with the price we have paid which included free delivery. We are happy that we made Christopher Pratts our first visit and a big thank you to Dale for the tea and coffee and advice.

As always we were happy to be returning to Christopher Pratts to purchase our next pieces of furniture. In our opinion it is the best furniture shop in the area and our 4th time buying furniture there. There is no pressure to buy and lots of advice given by the friendly and professional staff. In this instance Andy Aylesbury looked after us, spending lots of time giving good advice but at the same time leaving us alone to discuss and make our own choices. At the end of the day we were offered a very good deal ( beating another reputable shop for the same items) Thankyou to Christopher Pratts and Andy, I am sure we will be back again in the future.

We have just purchased two sofas from Christopher Pratts and were amazed at the excellent choice service compared to any other furniture stores we have visited. Chris Barrowclough provided us with the perfect balance of being interested and keen to help us but not being too pushy, which would have put us off! His product knowledge was great and he couldn’t have been more helpful. We have purchased from this store in the past and have always found them to be excellent both in the service they provide and quality of products.

We are writing this review about our sales consultant Dale Williamson. We found him to be helpful, but not pushy. Informative. Patient. Left us to think and decide without any pressure. We were looked after Chris and Anne on Friday 27th December at the Leeds store Chris was knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy also he was very easy to chat to.We took advantage of 0% finance which Ann sorted out for us swiftly I would definitely buy sofas from here again.
