Our initial contact was with David J last week who assisted in our decision making regarding purchasing a sofa. Our search for a new bed in the store was made quite simple after Lynn had asked us some questions and narrowed the choice down for us to suitable options. After searching for months for the right sofas we today called into the Leeds store and finally found exactly what we were looking for The experience was really relaxed no pushy salesmen We got talking to Richard Sanderson and he guided us with his knowledge with no pressure and we finally settled on the sofas and a footstool Richard fave us all the Info we needed even down to ringing the manufacturer on Italy on a couple of queries we had All in it was a pleasant experience and Richard was a great help Sofas now ordered let's hope the rest of the process is as smooth

She patiently helped us to get exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we got the very best deal and we are so very grateful. It was our first visit to the Leeds store after being highly recommended by very good friends, and we were not disappointed! We had the pleasure of meeting Dale Williamson from the senior sales team. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. His great attitude and professionalism made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Of course, we ended up making a purchase, and we cannot wait for March to come so we can enjoy our new table and chairs! We’ll definitely be returning and recommending the store to others.

We were looking to buy beds today and Simon was so very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different beds. We managed to get all the beds we needed thanks to Simon’s help.

We went to the Leeds store on Saturday and we greeted by Anna, she gave us good advice and then let us browse by ourselves. We then made our decision and Anna was there to sort out our order.

I called to C Pratts last week,,chatted to a very helpful chap called Chris, he help me sort the sofa best for me, although tjos could take seven weeks to arrive he helped again by sorting me a temporary sofa, no charge to use while my new one arrives. I've bought a fews things here before, always great service
