Friendly and helpful staff .. fantastic choice of furniture, very spacious and huge show room. Great sale prices. Simon and Chris were really great and looked after us very well.

Simon was happy to discuss our requirements and knowledgeable about the products. He was able to show us the computerised view of what was available and helped with the design (the coffee he provided was good too!).

Just visiting the Leeds branch to look at sofa’s with a lot of help from Chris Barrowclough, went home to make sure all good but didn’t fit, thanks for the help and knowledge.. Went back the following day and found another sofa that fits, was helped by Richard Sanderson again very knowledgeable on the products they sell, upstairs and downstairs are different teams both very helpful, ended up buying new sofas, chair and a rug … who knew!! 🤦‍♂️ Recommend visiting this store some beautiful items..

We visited on 18/1/25 Warm welcome upon entering the store. We browsed the furniture section, the Salesperson Dale was very helpful in a professional and quiet manner he took interest in our requirements, gave advice and information to assist our purchase without pressure.

We called in at the store to order an extra item of furniture we were served by Anna Allsebrook who remembered us from our previous visit. She was very efficient and helpful and sorted everything out. We also spoke to Josh Chapman who was equally helpful.

The sales person was extremely helpful and dealt with my order quickly and efficiently.

Great service and always great products. Chris was knowledgeable extremely helpful and patient. There was no rushing us I to making a decision and when we did finally settle on the recliner we wanted Chris went to great lengths to explain the ordering and delivery process.

The members of staff in the regent street store dale upstairs and Duncan downstairs stairs were so friendly not pushy which I cant stand knowledgeable about all the sofas and helped us find the best deal for us measuring sofas checking speed of availability sorting delivery explaining everything we asked clearly even made us a lovely coffee with biscuits I must say they were both a credit to the company very professional and just really really nice guys this was are first visit but will definitely be back highly recommend. I visited the regent street store in LEEDS, looking at sofas,the first person that spoke to us was called Duncan,he was super friendly,not pushy left us to casually walk round without pressure. When I needed information regarding sizes etc,he really was helpful and had great product knowledge. What a lovely man.

Dealt with efficiently and with out feeling pressured by Christopher at the Regent St store

Inspiring showroom and relaxed atmosphere. David Johnson was very helpful and patient while we choose fabrics. Refreshing to have a sales experience that did not feel at all pressurising.

We explained to Craig the style of sofa and chairs we were looking for. He showed us various types but only really comfy one was the Parker Knoll. Craig suggested a rise and recline chair for my husband which was ideal. Craig couldn’t do enough to help when choosing the fabric. All in all our experience of shopping at Christopher Pratt’s couldn’t have been more easy.

We have used this company several times and we have always received first class service. Anna Allsebrook was extremely helpful in helping us choose our new dining room furniture, giving us the measurements,care and maintenance advice of the wood and time to check that it would be suitable in our house. On paying the deposit l received a thank you and estimate of delivery which would be March/April. I was suprised to get a call from the warehouse to say the furniture was here. I spoke to Anna who has made arrangements for the furniture to be stored until we are ready for collection. Anna is excellent at her job and promotes the quality and service of the company.

We have dealt with Pratts before, and this time visited to look for sofas. We were looked after by Craig Thornton-Fletcher, who was attentive and helpful, without being “pushy”. His guidance and product knowledge helped us choose.
