Absolutely fabulous service. I visited the store to view some Ercol furniture for my front room. Initially Paul (sorry, can’t remember his surname) helped me. Gosh. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul then transferred me to Duncan, who Paul said was more knowledgable than him as he had greater knowledge of Ercol furniture. I was so impressed. I honestly felt like I’d just met up with a long lost friend. Nothing was too much trouble. I am so pleased with how easy it was to place an order without feeling pressurised. We called in on Jan 18th and were assisted by Anna Allsebrook who looked after us while we purchased an Ercol desk, tv cabinet and shelf unit. The quality of her service helped us decide to add the sideboard to the order today.

My husband and I decided to visit Pratts as we had bought an easy chair previously and had admired a suite my sister had had from yourselves. Lisa Berry met us as we were walking round and asked if we needed assistance,, She was a very polite,pleasant and helpful young lady and we found exactly what we wanted. So much so that we returned on 22.01.25 and ordered another chair.

We have dealt with Richard Sanderson over a number of years, most recently on Wednesday 22nd Jan. when we added an item to a previous order that Richard has managed for us for a long time. Well I found Duncan Edwards a fabulous sales person, nothing was too much trouble. Keeping me informed of every step of the transaction . Great selection of furniture and fabrics in a large store. David Johnson looked after us and spent as much time as we needed to make our selection without being overbearing. He was flexible and knowledgeable and the process was relatively hassle-free. Would recommend.

We have always found Christopher Pratt’s staff to be knowledgable about their products, and our experience today was no exception. Richard Sanderson not only knew all about his product but went out of his way to be helpful in providing us with samples and making sure we had all the information we needed to help us select the right product for our needs, and we came away very pleased that our selected product was just what we needed, and that we knew how to care for it.

This is our 2nd purchase with Christopher Pratts. We dealt with Chris Barraclough who listened to what we wanted. He gave us space to browse and look around the showroom and was available to answer our questions about the product, the quality of the dining table and delivery lead times etc. He was very personable, attentive and genuinely a nice person to deal with. People buy from people they like. When we need a sofa later in the year, we will purposely seek out Chris and deal with him.

Just ordered our furniture from Christopher Pratt. The experience so far has been excellent, from being left in peace to walk around the extensive showroom narrowing down our selection, to then speaking to the very knowledgeable store representative, Chris Barrowclough. He gave us more information about the products he answered all our questions with a polite and friendly manner leaving us to make our final decision We took the information away to consider, again,no pressure. When we made our final selection Chris gave us a good price and delivery times, he was personable and professional, having visited numerous stores I can honestly say he gave the best customer service. We look forward to taking delivery.
