The quality of the merchandise is very high along with the service and knowledge of the sales staff. David Tolchard looked after our needs in-store and was equally efficient after sales keeping us informed about the progress of our order.

We recently purchased a mattress and received excellent customer service from David Tolchard. We weren’t 100% sure what we wanted and David knowledgeably guided us throughout our decision. David was warm, friendly and patient and at no point did we experience any ‘sales pressure’. We were also happy with the price and aftercare. Thank you!

We recently purchased a new sofa from Pratts, currently awaiting delivery. In the past, we have bought numerous items from Pratts, and always one of the first places we come to when looking for new furniture. Vast modern showroom with lots of choice, you would be hard pushed not to find something. What I like about the store is that there are no 'pushy' sales, you are free to wander, but people on hand should you have any questions. Our salesman was Richard Sanderson, he was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially on the different fabrics, and which were the best choices with pets etc, this enabled us to make a well informed choice. Richard has kept us up to date since we placed the order, and we should expect our new sofa around mid April. We asked for a sample of the fabric, and this was received in the post within a week of ordering. Would recommend.

Lisa was very welcoming & informative regarding the choice of suites. At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a decision as compared to other retailers. She was available to answer any questions & explained the entire process through to receipt of our new suite, including future care.

We bought a Sealy bed on the 3rd Jan and Lynne the Sales Rep who dealt with us was so friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured and given time to make our choice. We have purchased furniture several times from Christopher Pratts Leeds and have always found they provide an excellent service. We visited the store this time to purchase a Restless recliner, we were greeted by Dale who gave us a friendly welcome and advised us on all the options that were available. He had an a very good knowledge of all the products and provided the information we required to allow us to choose the best option and price available for the chair we selected. The engagement was friendly and we were not pressured to make a purchase.

Just been to sort out some new cushions for the back of my couch. Got fed up with my scatter cushions so went for some fitted ones. Saw Chris yet again and he dealt with my order. As per usual swiftly and professionally . This company is all about customer service. I would recommend anyone to go shop with Pratts . Furniture is great and staff are too.

fran & nick having visited Anna at chris pratts leeds 25th jan i cant sing her praises high enough and the service they offered to us. we had planned our full day out to visit 15 different outlets for the full day. turned out anna guided us to what we wanted in the first shop. she listened to what we required and we ended up buying 2 sofas and a carpet fully fitted and delivered at a fantastic discounted price. im a true yorkshire man and like to get a good price and normally have to spend the time and effort trawling round everywhere to get a good deal. anna wasn't pushy at all and we came away with just a perfect package within 90 mins thanks Anna and josh who is coming to measure up for our carpet amazing !,
