This company has outstanding customer service and support! I can’t remember any company that I have dealt with that takes customer service to this level. They read the reviews on the products that they sell and then they will take the initiative at times to contact you directly about the product to see what they can do to help. Normally next day delivery and it’s always put on my front porch. Chewy.com has become my go to place for pet products and I couldn’t be happier.

Similar to other one star reviews here. They sent us a mailer for $20. It doesn't work. I have spent the last three days trading emails, sending photos of their mailer(!) to them and getting them to process the order as they should have. Lots of "give a hug to [dog names]" that are supposed to be warm and fuzzy. I just want to get them some dogfood. I think I'm gonna switch back to a local shop.

We just love chewy.com! They have fast shipping, honored coupons they didn't even have to honor as they were from Purina, and have a large selection of products. No matter what I contact them about they seem more than happy to help. We have used chewy.com for years and for us it is the best company we deal with. Great customer service too! Can't imagine why anyone would not love this store.

I have relied on Chewy for years, for 5 dogs and a cat. Chewy has never let me down, when I have received an autoship after the loss of my best friends, which has usually happened within days of their crossing over, they have always been sympathetic and directed me to donate my order to my local shelter or rescue and refunded my money. They have gone above and beyond, sending flowers and condolences for my loss. Customer service is friendly, courteous, and always helpful. I have never had a back experience in dealing with Chewy.

Items I wanted weren't on special, so the employee said they could give me a refund if I placed the order.I said ok and refund for $40 off a $200 bill hasn't posted with my bank yet.This was over 5 days ago; days after they sent me an email wanting a rating about the customer service, which I always think is unnecessary.Not using Chewy again, will go to another site.The yak cheese I ordered were Top Dog brand and they didn't last my dogs a day! Cheap quality product,but they charge as much as the good companies.Rip off.Im disabled, so $40 is a lot to me.More importantly, dishonest and scammy with lousy customer service.1 Star is too much : Revised; called after another 3 or 4 days and a different employee gave the original refund for $40

I recently lost my very best friend, Dolly. She was 15 and was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. Over the years I have enjoyed doing business with Chewy. I have always had a positive experience and calling to speak to a representative has always been extraordinary. The personal touch of asking how Dolly is today is always appreciated. I have always found their customer service representatives helpful and nice. I was telling a friend about the awesome customer service that I received, and she explained to me that she is involved with animal fund raisers and how generous Chewy always is. I cannot say enough about the integrity of Chewy as a company and their genuine love of animals and their owners. How wonderful it must be to be an employee of such a phenomenal company. Thank you so much, I will never get over losing my Dolly and I will never forget Chewy!

if it was possible I would have rated this company a zero........ my wife did business with this company for years........ they had us on auto delivery for cat litter which my wife cancelled..... they shipped us product anyway..........my wife then called to set up a return and the person she spoke with deliberately kept repeating back the wrong information, needless to say the product was never returned because of that person's continued deliberate screw-up.. my wife has now deleted her account with this company I will now spend the rest of my life letting people know what a rip off this company is

I have been trying for 2 days to get a refund on my package that I did not receive and they keep giving me the run around. For a business that claims to pride itself on customer support, they are the absolute worst. Please beware!!!!

Chewy is Awesome! Their customer service goes above and beyond every time. My girl kitty recently passed and the Chewy team sent flowers. That meant the world to me and so touched my heart!

Would give 0 stars!! I placed an order and they called to tell me the coupons that I had applied the ones the system ALLOWED me to have and the CHAT AGENT stated I could use is not honored and wanted to cancel the coupons and still process the order. After I asked why and they said it was a system glitch and it shouldn't have been allowed. So instead of honoring it after their system failure they cancelled my order. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I bought 2 extra large horse balls for a dog a month ago and planned on giving them to him when summer started. The dog does not live with me. The balls remained in the original box which was not opened. Because the dog I bought them for just died of a brain hemorrhage, I called Chewy to ask about their return policy and, unfortunately, told this story to the Chewy rep. They refused to take the balls back because the animal died.

I used to prefer chewy to any other because of its convenience. My bulldog lost weight and needs his apoquel reduced but it requires two different doses now so he isn’t overdosed. Well chewy charges the same price per pill for each of the three doses. So now I have to spent $160 a month instead of$80. Customer services told me that’s how everyone does it so it’s no big deal. You can’t keep gouging us for pet meds!!!! Animals get surrendered or put to sleep because of the cost of medical sh!! They don’t care, just hand over the money

My problem is with Fed Ex. They drop the packages every time. Cans of cat food break open, gravy all over. I had to rinse off every can. Lost 2 cans this time. Guess I'll be going back to buying from the local market again.

Fed Ex has got to be the worst shipping option available. Stuff comes damaged, opened, or best of all late and please how can 2 boxes as be seperated??? Still waiting but based on history not really confident I'll see my order soon. Not sure why I allow myself to keep repeating the same old BS by ordering from Chewy. Need to look closer at TSC.

My main issue was using the pharmacy for my dog's heart meds and pain meds. I had it set up on autoship, and I got the usual email from them saying my order was preparing for shipment. Weeks later, I realized I still didn't have it, so I logged in to check the tracking info. Imagine my surprise when my account said the order still had not shipped. I reached out to customer service to ask. Apparently they could not find a prescription for the heart meds he'd been getting for over a year. Instead of telling me they'd lost it so I could get another prescription sent in, they told me my order was coming and then DID NOTHING. No one could tell me why his pain meds had not shipped yet. So I paid $15 to mail in another prescription expedited, as my dog needs his heart meds. They then deny the prescription, as they did not like how my vet filled it out. At this point it's been over a month since they should have shipped his 2 meds, and I have neither. After much complaining, they did eventually send his pain meds with no explanation as to why they never sent it in the first place. Never got an apology or explanation. No concern whatsoever that my dog was without his life-saving heart medication and pain meds to keep him comfortable. It's also always rubbed me the wrong way that select customers get gifts of flowers and art for the loss of a pet while others get nothing. I've lost 5 dogs over the many years I've been a customer of Chewy. I've never gotten a single thing, not even a condolence card, and then they royally screwed up my old dog's meds. Needless to say, I'm no longer a customer of theirs. Mistakes happen, but their attitude and lack of concern over their mistake was appalling. Being passed from rep to rep, who all basically shrugged and said, "Sorry, don't know what happened," was more than frustrating.

Most horrible experience I've ever had with a company in my life. They sent damaged items. Then I sent them back for a refund. They not only received the items back but then shipped new items even though I said I wanted a refund. So when the new items were sent and they attempted delivery, I refused them. So again, I told them I wanted a refund. A week later, they received the items back at the warehouse. I still never got a refund. I contacted them multiple times, only to be ignored. Then, when I finally told them I would show up at the business and cause trouble, I got a call from an idiot named Shellann or Shelly Ann. I don't know; she must have had marbles in her mouth because I couldn't understand her. She called me late at night, so I called the next day to speak to her and, of course, got the runaround. I ended up just disputing the charge against them for fraud. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. They will respond alto this and act like they give a damn but they don't.

Never had an issue with Chewy til now. Had to call the number provided to confirm my billing address. The number provided is the wrong number, when i called some random man answered. I asked if it this was chewy.com he said "i dunno" i hung up after that...

My dog crossed over to the rainbow bridge a couple of months ago. I thought I had cancelled all my auto deliveries but somehow a deliver snuck through. Chewy.com was so understanding. They took care of the issue right away. They helped me to make sure my dog was memorialized and a few days later, on my doorstep were flowers with a very sweet note! I have always had excellent customer service with Chewy.com, but this - this was above and beyond. Chewy is family.
