SHAME ON CHEWY! Don't say you care about pets or your customers! If you buy pet food from CHEWY read on on check out these photos. I just ordered 5 cases of prescription cat food for Noah to the tune of several hundred dollars even with autoship discount. They were delivered today. All 5 cases came in one box with no packing materials. When we opened the box every case had dented cans and 3 of the 5 cases had cans so badly damaged that the lids buckled leaving cat food gravy everywhere! I contacted Chewy and sent pictures. This is what I was told... "So sorry. We can send you 1 case replacement." When I replied that was not satisfactory and requested 3 cases be replaced, I was told they would only do that if I returned the damaged, leaking cases! Really? How am I supposed to package up and mail gravy-ladened cat food cans? The pictures don't tell the story?? As I write this my husband is sorting through the cases to determine how many cans we will actually be able to use. I don't use compromised cans of food for us and I won't risk my pet's health or life by giving him food from compromised cans! Needless to ssy, I will not be ordering from CHEWY again. SHAME ON YOU CHEWY!!

VERY UNHAPPY. Ordered medicine prescribed by vet for my cat - $54 - but can’t dose her because the syringe doesn’t fit the adapter - which split anyway. Chewy says they can’t help me. No refund. No new syringe. No adapter. Will order elsewhere from now on. And I have a cat not getting any medicine. Why is this ok with them?

We have two pitties and live about 30 plus minutes from a decent pet store. Prices at our local pet supply store are high. Chewy saves us time and money. Plus Chewy sells hard to find items, medications, foods for dogs with food allergies. Prices are good and all of our orders arrive in 2 days! We don't even get most Amazon packages in 2 days. Last week we lost our 13 year old pit mix. Chewy sent us the sweetest care package including a rock with our dogs name on it. Thank you, Chewy! Keep up the good work and you'll have a customer for life with us.

Chewy pretty much invented the autoshipment (since stolen by everyone) and their live customer service with real people who actually speak English is reminiescent of Amazon back when it was good (like 20 years ago). But sadly I think Chewy is beginning to overextend itself. I had no idea they had "pharmacists" on staff (late at night no less) but I very much doubt these are real pharmacists. The one I spoke to didn't know anything about anything and kept telling me to "talk to my vet" - my vet, meanwhile, had told me to ask the pharmacists. This was NOT a real pharmacist! Pharmacists understand drugs, dosages, how to keep it, etc. This girl, I could tell she was very young, knew absolutely NOTHING. Chewy has gotten into the prescription med business and I guess to do that it probably needs "pharmacists" on staff but someone should really investigate them. Pharmacists should understand drugs and this one most absolutely did not.

Chewy was very sympathetic to me losing my baby boy Henry. They refunded a recently received unopened very expensive medication. Told me to not worry about sending back & then I received a bouquet of flowers & very kind letter of my loss. I would recommend chewy very thankful for their support & understanding in a very difficult time. Truly meaningful to feel like they understood how heartbroken I am. I am planning to donate the medication to my vet or shelter if they will take. Thank you chewy for caring about my baby & me.

If you told me that a live customer service representative for a large company would pick up on the first ring, I would have thought that you were crazy! This has happened any time I've called CHEWY. Sadly, my GSD is seriously ill & I called CHEWY to return his last automatic food shipment. Tommie (Tomasa) in Arlington TX could not have been nicer or more efficient. She cancelled my monthly shipment, issued a refund & asked me to donate the unopened food to the Denver Dumb Friends League. This level of efficient & compassionate customer service inspires life long loyalty in me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I just deleted my account with chewy because of its unreasonable staff. I mailed in a 12-month prescription and was only given a 6-month supply because I opted in for the 6-month auto-ship. I have contacted them serval times and they have said I only had a 6-month supply on file, but I checked with the vet and it showed a 12-month supply on the original. I do not understand how a multi-billion corp. is able to easily lose track of prescriptions and give customers false info. I even attached a screenshot of the original order with the prescription expiration date. AVIOD PHARMICIST RUTH!!! IF INTERESTED IN GETTING FLEA MEDICATIONS, I WOULD SUGGEST ANYWHERE ELSE THAT IS NOT CHEWY. Chewy does not have the best price nor do they have reliable service. This has not been my first rodeo, because the same issue has happened a year ago with the shipment delay on my dogs the prescription which ultimately led to my dog getting fleas and messing up our entire home.

I recently had to euthanize one of my dogs and needed to cancel food and medicine subscriptions on chewy.com. They were so gracious in allowing me to be refunded and for one particularly expensive supplement, which was unopened, they asked me to simply donate it to a dog in need rather than ship it back. How nice. The crowning jewel was coming home to a bouquet of flowers from Chewy with a sweet note about my pet loss. That is over and above customer service. It was a very touching gesture. It meant so much. Definitely created even more loyalty for me. Thank you, Chewy!

I have used Chewy for my dogs for over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Such a reliable and quality company! I recently lost my last dog, Duke, and they insisted on refunding the food I hadn’t used. They then sent me a bouquet of flowers a few days later! This company knows how to care for it’s customers!!

I recommend Chewy, they were so kind when my dog passed away, they send me flowers and everything that I ordered came the following day, they credit my account back. It touched my heart and I always use Chewy.

Total ineptitude processing an emergency order that includes a Chemotherapy drug for my dog who is dying. Now my order will be a week and a half late and there are no other options. Please don't trust them with your pet's life!

Chewy 💙 Can believe it!. You guys are the best, few weeks ago , when I was with a really bad cold, they sent me a nice cup with cough natural medicine and a week ago I lost my 17 year old baby Peluche (dog) on 06/05/2024, and I called then to cancel his autoships orders, and today I received this beautiful bouquet of roses, you guys do not how much this meants to me, to know that some cares is priceless. Thank you so much for been here for me in this hard time, I still have Frida 3 year old (Akita) and Billie 1 year old(cockatoo) thanks again Dailyn and the Chewy Family, for the beautiful roses and thank you for always sent me the orders right and on time . Love you. ❤️

I just had to give a review about Chewy. My kitty Cozmoh had to be put down last Sat. He was only 2yrs old. He had a genetic disorder in his kidneys. I didn't know that when we adopted him last year. He was one of the sweetest kitties I ever had. I called Chewy for a refund for litter and Churus, Chewy not only gave me a refund they said I could donate the items. And on top of that they sent me flowers and condolences. This company is human. I couldn't believe it. In a day where most companies only care about the bottle line $$$ this company stands apart. You don't even know how much that meant to me. ❤️

I can not believe some of these reviews I am reading, Chewy is by far the best site we have experienced, with food, service, delivery, meds, can't say enough greatness about them. They even refunded the meds we ordered for our little Pom whom had passed away when they arrived. BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, AND WAY ABOVE. I will never go anywhere else but chewy ever again.

Second time I have place an order. Second time I did not receive it all. I have one of two boxes on my front porch. I contacted them to tell them I did not receive all my order. They told me they could not do anything because it had not been shipped. Then what is this one box from chewy doing on my porch. They don't seem to know what they are doing

Rachel Ray 40 pound bags,two bags,first auto shipment is supposed to be 35% off and that's a little over $100 so my math that comes out to about $35 but they'll only give you $15 dollars off. That's 15% off not the advertised 35%off. After four phone calls and they still couldn't get it right,I had to cancel the order. And they can't read a calendar either. Are the folks at Chewy deaf? It was a simple order a bundle of two 40 pound bags of Rachel Ray,and two ,12 cans of Pedigree ,2 of those 24 cans total 22 ounce cans. And after four phone calls they still didn't get it right,and I canceled the order and they sent it anyway. Sure they are giving a refund, Hey Chewy train your employees to listen and read back what the customer is buying. And guarantee delivery times,your business model is failure. You need to do better. They have called, so they do care,I hope to the point I can delete this review.

Chewy customer service is the best! I called at 8:30 at night to ask about sending a doggie door back. A REAL human answered on the second ring. Cheyenne refunded the door, waived my shipping fee, found the correct item for me, and told me to donate the wrong flap I had ordered. WOW! All within 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

This is the ONLY online company that I will use. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful customer service. Immediately replaced anything that is delivered damaged. I usually get my orders in less than two days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
